workout—just failed again on some old #1RM
weights I've landed tons of times before. 📆 8/18/18
🏋️ BP 140kg / Incline 125kg
Squat: 130 kg Bench Press: 122,5 kg Deadlift 205 kg
Deload down to 255 to work on form and bar path. This is set 4 and it felt heavier than it should. Turns out I was drifting forward. I think i need to work on setting my hips back more. I just want to be like my high bar hero @mark_lifts_things.
I should also note that i'm down 30lbs from when this was my work set weight. Whattup relative strength gains!
My belt is also slipping down and i'm on the last notch. Time for a new belt. Not a bad problem to have.

Woke up late today. Nearly skipped my workout. But after having a rough couple of weeks and missing a run yesterday I knew I needed to commit to getting this one in. Everything except the workout itself went wrong - I overslept. I even programmed my GPS for the wrong gym and ended up having to double back.
