Sorry it looks disgusting but it tasted great! It’s rice cakes with sugar free peanut butter and rose jam :) I had this because it was one of my fave snacks at the start of my recovery and didn’t have it in a while. I also didn’t have this one and had multiple like this, because today I realized again that if I don’t recover it’ll just be a cycle or relapses and recovery since I’d stop before going hospitalized every time. There wouldn’t be an end to that cycle so I actually have to get used to eating and not feeling guilty.. I Know it’s gonna take a long fuckin time but I have to bare it even if it means I’ll overeat every day. If I gain too much that my ballet teacher thinks I don’t need to, I will lose a little weight but In a healthy way without being disordered. I have no choice. I have to recover.
