Этот МИФ вырос из небольшой полуправды или большой недосказанности. Скрутки на косые мышцы живота действительно увеличат вам талию если: 1! Если вы используете анаболические стероиды, 2! Если при выполнении скруток вы используете отягощения! В НАТУРАЛЬНОМ ТРЕНИНГЕ ВСЁ ПОДРУГОМУ!!! Поэтому спокойно делайте скрутки на пресс и диагональные скрутки на косые со своим весом и не экономьте на повторениях - ваша талия станет только крепче, суше и красивее! И уж ТОЧНО НЕ УВЕЛИЧИТСЯ!!! These circuits will be making an appearance in tomorrow mornings class! Do you ever feel intimidated walking into a group fitness class, feel like you have to stand in the back in case you have to make a quick exit & you’re sure everyone is staring directly at you because they know you’re the newbie?!!? First of all, that’s all in your head so stop that! You can totally do my class, even if you have to modify, even if you have to take more breaks, it’s completely doable!! I know it can be a little scary but it’s my job to help you through it! Group classes are a great way to get to know new people. I find it to be a very supportive environment where everyone tends to encourage each other. I also feel it’s a place to find motivation because to me there’s nothing more motivating than a group of people working hard, sweating it out together to breed a little friendly competition! If you’re not feeling inspired by the instructor or the vibe in a class then try a different one. We all have different styles & different ways of motivating. What’s important is that you feel comfortable with the instructor but at the same time, you are challenged to improve your level of fitness! You should like your instructor even though you may not like every exercise they have you do! Tonight’s dinner was chicken breast tenderloins simmered on the stovetop with a little seasoning and coconut oil & steamed mixed veggies also with a little coconut oil👌🏻 . True life story: finished my challenge and I've been sticking to my meals except for the weekend....and some candy here and there...and a latte a week🤦🏼‍♀️ my body reverted back to hibernation and does not like mornings🛌🏼 but this has only pushed me more to plan for night workouts after work. Today was rough y'all. I've been a bit stressed about a few things and they were kinda swirling through my mind all night. . But this is why I love Pound! I got off work and went to the gym to teach....and promptly let out all that stress on the mat! 💚🤘 Add in that my class were really rocking it out today (including 3 new people!!) and I was feeling awesome by the end of it! . This post is for YOU! I know this might sound ridiculous but the secret to your pain relief starts with SLOUCHING. Yes. Slouching. No, you won't become the next hunchback of notredam. If it only was that easy!! Not convinced? Here's an explanation: Google "neutral spine" and look carefully at the shape of the thoracic spine (upper back below neck). Isn't it hunching slightly? That's the strongest position for the upper back to be. Now run your hand down your upper back. Is it totally flat? That's what you lose with OVER CORRECTING your sitting posture. _____________ Moderation in all things concerning the human body. Tried, tested, proven. I'll be showing you how to fix this in the next post so stay tuned and tag your office mate who's restless with posture-related pain!
