Saturated fats 3. I got a virus and til here it’s ok, it usually goes away quickly BUT it didn’t because “someone” didn’t prescribed any probiotics aside with the medications (which just messed up my body), I’ve been told that it could be happened because of my diet 🤔 but honestly? Today I did a full upper body session with a back and shoulder focus at @apextrainingacademy 💪🏼 I have really enjoyed including more body weight exercises into my program lately to help increase my “functional” strength which let’s face it isn’t great 😅 . Here’s what I did: 1️⃣Band assisted pull ups - 4x10 2️⃣Push ups with extended ROM - 4x10 3️⃣Feet elevated inverted ring rows - 4x12 4️⃣Band pull aparts - 4x15 5️⃣Bicep curls - 4x12 6️⃣Handstand holds - 4x60sec 7️⃣Wall walks with nose touch into push up - 4x3 (these are REALLY hard) . You determined the potential height of your jump from two legs (the previous video). This height will be your goal. Now we need to prepare for this height. Training area 1. The height of 1/6 - 1/2 of the target will be your training area for jumping on one leg. Training zone 2. The height of 1/3 - 5/6 of the target will be your training area for a jump on two legs. If the jumps on each leg are easy, the height of Training Zone 1 can be increased towards Training Zone 2. Having mastered these two zones, you can start trying to jump on your target with two legs.
