The painful face expressions during the 10 second hang into a pull up is well worth the watch😂
Deseo llenar mi vida de energía positiva☘️
Post leg day and feeling good. Kinda weird not seeing my ribs anymore but I'm kinda liking it😊
Working my way out of the mindfuck I've done to myself. .
#truth #findingmyway #postshowmindfuck
To a lot of people this isn’t that impressive, but hitting 300 on my bench has been at the back of my mind for a while now, I’ve never been able to be consistent enough to get there and I never actually say out loud that I’m trying... today I almost skipped the gym, I’m so glad I didn’t.
New obsession, driving around Louisville and finding cool neighborhoods and just looking at the houses. Doing this stimulates my brain and my dreams. Makes me dream bigger and want to work harder. I’ve never had it easy in life and have always taken the long/harder route to things. One thing though is I’m tough and I’m very strong, this I believe. .
See how I did that? I took one of my negative flaws of never taking things in life the right way and turned it into a positive flaw, that this has made me stronger. I believe that telling your mind and truly believing and manifesting in your thoughts, they will come true. .
Monday’s challenge: become so obsessed with just living and manifest your dreams and control your mind... it’s so powerful... don’t let it control you. ✨🌵

Its frightening how much you can slide before you realise you're in too deep. Recently I was rediagnosed with my "childhood" ADHD and diagnosed with Bipolar. Things had got to a point where my life was literally falling apart infront of me. Too much trauma prior to this triggered my bipolar.
So my point is I had found myself in an unrecognisable rut which lead to my full diagnosis.
As I started to improve on my meds it became clear to me just how much my behaviours had altered from who I was 2 years ago. It scared me how much I lost myself because I had also gone through trauma after trauma.
I'm now rebuilding myself and redifine who I am. Its ok though because all this pain and mental torture is giving me the best gift in life. No one can really learn the true value of life without experience deep grief or trauma.
And when you finally "unfuck" yourself you start to learn. You really learn!
You keep walking forward, one step at a time. With each step you're getting stronger and better and learning not only how to be you again but that you are gonna be stronger and better than you ever were!!!

The Pectoralis Major muscles (also known as the Pecs) are located on the front of the rib cage, and form the major muscles of the chest.
The Pecs attach to the humerus near the shoulder joint and originate on the breastbone in the center of the chest.
The fibers of the Pectoralis muscles run like a fan across the chest. The fan-like structure of the Pecs allows the humerus to move in a variety of planes across the body.
The Pectoralis Minor muscle (not shown in the diagram) is located underneath the pectoralis major muscle, attaching to the coracoid process of the scapula and originating on the middle ribs.
Functions of the Chest Muscles
The function of the Pectoralis Major is to bring the humerus across the chest. A flye movement is the best example of this action.
The Pectoralis Minor serves to move the shoulder area forward. This can be seen by shrugging your shoulder forward.
