I hated the idea of working out from home- I remember my first thought in January 2018 when I signed up was “I’ll never be able to sustain this”
The joke is 100% on me. Here I am still going and haven’t gained but a pound or relapsed back into old habits. My life has been changed for the better and the people that surround me on my team, my bootcamps, and this online workout community have never stopped supporting me or each other 💕💕

Whenever I ask someone what they do for abs I usually hear, “100 crunches!” If you really want to start seeing some ab gains try switching it up and actually doing an ab routine! With Spring and Summer around the corner I know we are all looking for those abs to start coming out of hibernation.😂 Add this workout to your abs routine! -
With this routine I did a ladder. Each exercise you will do for 30 seconds with a 10 second recovery. This ladder is unstable so whenever you finish an exercise you fall down and start back with number 1 and add on the next exercise. Example: exercise 1, recover, then exercise number 1 and 2 etc.
1️⃣ High plank shoulder touches: No body movement, open up the base of your legs to help
2️⃣ Basic crunches: Shoulders off the ground, finger tips start at the top of your knee and try and reach to the bottom
3️⃣ X-up crunches
4️⃣ Plank spider crossovers
5️⃣ Toe touch ab crunches: Shoulders stay off the ground entire time -

How do we use social media, where we are often thousands of miles apart, to create real human connections? ✈️ Since I was going to be in LA, I reached out to arrange a visit with @emilyfarnhamarchitecture
at a home that we have been collaborating on with @luxury_lisa
I was (of course) excited to see the house and get a tour, however the real joy came from meeting with Emily and sharing in the creative process.
We talked about the obstacles that are associated with historical preservation and the vision that’s required to really invest time and money in this labor of love.
We talked about materials, products, sources of inspiration and ways we could support each other.
Emily and I met through Instagram initially. Through emails, phone calls and ultimately a visit to a job site we are connected. I find myself reflecting on this experience and taking inventory of how lucky I am to have so many special people are in my life— and how those relationships are absolutely my favorite part of this job ♥️

OK so I did something today… You might find this comical, but I joined a Pilates class 👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️👯♀️ 😳
There’s a new club Pilates that opened across the street from me and I’m not going to lie I had no idea what Pilates even was 🤦🏼♀️ Ha ha ha. 🤭😬 I usually go to the gym with my blinders on and do my work out and then leave or I work out with my husband. I used to be really good at doing my work out videos at home in our home gym but over the years things have changed🤷🏼♀️ Today I stepped out of my comfort zone, that is what it’s all about. Do something that makes you uncomfortable that is the only way that you are going to grow!
This evening as I was walking home from work I realized that I have been going down this road way too often,so often that I felt bored and uninspired by my surroundings. Everything looked way too familiar. You may ask what's wrong with that?
Very often we have these big goals and dreams but yet we approach them with this one mindset or we try this one thing and at some point we may get stuck and we give up. We tell ourselves it just doesn't work or this dream is probably not for me but we must understand that to achieve something great,we have to become great. We have to start thinking differently,we have to do things we never did before,we have to face our biggest fears and just do it!

It's important to be grateful for where we are in our process, while also continuing to chase our dreams. Now, gratitude can take a lot of forms, from journaling, paying it forward, meditating, and so much more.
But today, I want to share with you three things that have helped me and will help you find the perfect match in love and business.

But here's the problem...
We have this world full of dreamers and doers ready to make a difference and change the world. But as adults we become busy, and we have more responsibilities, and we start creating this divide between dreaming and doing, between thinking and taking action.

Been thinking alot about this the last couple of days, specifically in forming good habits and destroying bad ones. We make about 35,000 decisions everyday and 90% of the time its unconscious. We realize that alot of things we actually do aren't the best for us yet we still do it because everytime we try to change we fail. Start this weekend by creating a small habit in the comfort of your home such as folding clothes, washing the dishes or doing pushups before bed and stick to it.🏆🏆 Go through the process and be observant of how you feel and what you think during that time. Start out with the small habits in order for them to translate into the bigger habits that you've been dying to start like going to the gym everyday or possibly reading everyday. Start small and overtime it will become easier and easier to step out of youe comfort zone.💪💪
As I reflect on GROWTH, I realize that in order to continuously evolve I have to step into the uncomfortable, the unknown. Sometimes that’s trying new things and going to new places but other most times growth happens when we are open to seeing things from a different point of view. ⠀⠀
My deepest desire is to use this platform to share the stories of all the wonderful women that I meet in my lifetime. I truly believe with every interview, I gain a new perspective on life and my mind grows tenfold. Taking the time to learn about the world through another person’s lens gives me the gift of compassion and opens my heart to more and more people. These features are about real women, not just images of beauty. I hope these stories can help us all grow a little bit more. ⠀⠀

GOOD MORNING, MOUNT BROMO! 🙋♀️
Today was a day I will probably never forget in my life... we went up at 1.30am, jumping on our scooter for a ride of more than 2.5 hours. In the dark. On bumpy, steep roads. Only the two of us. It got colder and colder, the higher the altitude was. I was scared - it was freezingly cold, dark and we were somewhere nowhere. The chances pretty high for a sudden heavy rainfsll, since it was rainy season...
What the hell are we doing? Why aren't we just simply joining a Jeep tour, like all the other tourists going to Mt Bromo? Why do we (especially my boyfriend @luki_wuki
) always need this kind of extra kick? 😟
But - the bright, still almost full moon and the many stars were guiding us. Protecting us.
We arrived at the sunrise viewpoint on time - a new day was just about to begin. What a breathtaking view! Indonesia at its best! Mother nature at its best!
We continued to drive down the so called sea of sands. I guess, we were the only foreign tourists on a scooter there today. Together with hundreds of jeeps. But we were independent. Free. And I slowly started to even enjoy the ride 😊
Standing at the crater of Mount Bromo, watching the smoke coming out, taking in this unbelieveably surreal surrounding made me realized again: these are the moments you live for 💕
Knowing again: you need to step out of your comfort zone in order to experience the extraordinary!
A day to remember. A morning that will last forever in our memory. Another privilege of travelling. Made it to another place on our bucket list.

This took me so long to really put into action. Doing things I thought I ‘should’ do rather than what I ‘must’ do to live my best, most authentic, life. It’s amazing what happens when you start to follow what truly lights you up regardless of whether it makes sense to anyone else.
