is back for its last edition before the starting lineup. Today we have the teams biggest freak and 6th man: Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Giannis is something the league has never seen. A 7’0” PG/SG/SF/PF/C with crazy length and hands the size of trash can lids that can jump over the backboard like he’s a damn Monstar. On defense he locks up the perimeter easily by using his length and strength to keep players behind the 3-Point line, and make it by Giannis for what you think is an easy layup and his rejection will swat that thought into next week. It’s almost impossible to score on someone of his stature and ability. On offense, Giannis can almost dunk from the free throw line, and can posterize literally any person in the NBA. His arm gets so high above the rim no one can get high enough to block it. He’s a monster inside the paint as a post scorer, so good in fact that he doesn’t even need the 3-Point shot everyone wishes he had to make himself a 30 PPG player. Giannis is fantastic on the boards, as you would expect from someone with arms and hands that massive. The scariest part of Giannis’s skill set however, is his playmaking. Giannis is a fantastic passer with good handles and great vision. He will always find the open man, even if it means a football snap down the court. Giannis has almost mastered the game of basketball at 23, and he won’t hit his peak for a couple more years, which is just terrifying to think about. The future of the NBA has arrived ladies and gentleman, and he doesn’t plan for a short visit.
