Meet the Future: Allen Han
A senior @csufofficial
, Allen has learned that academics are important, but a great GPA is not the sole focus of college. Allen stands by the fact that building relationships is of equal importance. He takes advantage of the networking opportunity that attending a university provides, because he believes, “It doesn’t matter where you go to college, if you don’t get to know your peers and professors in and outside of classes.” Allen makes an effort to join numerous clubs and gain leadership positions in those clubs to build his network.
While interning @inventivebyte
, Allen brings forth this same philosophy. He comes to work each day with the the goal of meeting ten new people and turning them into close connections. With this attitude, Allen has built relationships with many C-level executives and clients, because he takes the time to truly get to know them and understand their needs and desires for an IT project.
When asked what separates @inventivebyte
from other similar companies, Allen said, “That’s simple. It’s our ability to form lasting relationships with our clients that continue far after their IT project has been completed. This is what makes coming to work each day, from morning to night, enjoyable. We make their projects a success.” After work, you can find Allen practicing Taekwondo and hitting the gym. He says he benches more than he can squat, so maybe taking this internship has caused him to skip #legday
