I love my morning routine ♥️
When I actually get to do it...I wonder why I don’t do it everyday 🙂
I make myself a cup of tea (alchemilla - herbs 🌿 I picked and dried myself)
I close myself in my room (study/office/spare room/gym sometimes) and put on a morning relaxing music (YouTube has plenty). I have three notebooks 📓 ready. One for journaling, one for ideas, one for waking up my creativity (this one came from a Kreativ magazine). Sometimes I switch between them. Sometimes I stick to just one.
Writing is a form of therapy. Your head clears, your thoughts and feelings are expressed, ideas take shape. Creativity awakes. You give yourself space, peace and love.
