T-25 days: 18 kms: 1 hr 50 mins | Tempo run session Sunday evening run with super cool breeze and light drizzle (pretty rare to hear in Delhi). Good running session where I laid more focus on syncing breath with leg movements to sustain more per mile. Trying to get in more Kms per session now to acclimatise my body. 3 years ago I was overweight, had zero energy, was unmotivated, over worked, stressed, anxious, constantly sick, and on copious amounts of medicine. My posture was horrible. I had pinched nerves, slipped discs, and my neck was curved the opposite way. I was constantly in pain and dealing with a terrible case of fibromyalgia. I couldn’t get myself to workout, I was eating like shit and it showed. Every doctor I saw suggested either surgery or medicine for any of my problems. I remember one day sitting down and wondering how I let myself get to that point. At that time I couldn’t figure it out but I decided it was time to fix it. Changing my diet and exercise routine has always been about so much more than getting “fit” or hating my body. It’s been about loving my body and myself so much that I make these sacrifices. The body was just a by product of changing how I live my life. People are always telling me how they cant.. They can’t workout in the morning. They cant stick to a diet. They can’t workout as hard as I do. They are comparing themselves to where I’m at today. But I haven’t always been this dedicated to the gym, or strict on my diet. I haven’t always been this fit, or strong, or skinny. Its still really dang hard for me to get out of bed at 5 am to workout or to not eat the pizza in front of me. But being sick, tired and miserable is even harder! I have been in your shoes. I do know how hard it is. But it does get easier and you CAN do it. You may have to push yourself harder than you’ve done before but that’s good! Growth doesn’t happen until you are outside your comfort zone. Starting is always the hardest but the only step you need to worry about is the one in front of you. You don’t need to jump straight into a rigorous exercise routine and a strict diet. Little changes every day add up! I promise the struggle will be worth the results in the end. Sorry for the long post💕

Helgträning är min lifesaver just nu innan jag fått ordning på vardagspusslet. Att inte ha två timmars lunch längre är minst sagt en stor förändring och mina sex träningspass per vecka är kluriga att få till. Just nu blir det tre sena kvällspass samt två helgpass under en vecka, en fördelning jag är måttligt nöjd med. De sena träningspassen suger för mycket energi och dyrbar ”hemmatid” att jag behöver hitta en bättre lösning. Dock är varken morgon eller lunch ett alternativ så jag vet inte riktigt hur jag kan lösa situationen på annat sätt.. Not having two hours of lunch anymore is, a big change and my six workouts a week are hard to get to. Right now I have three late evening workouts and two at the weekend, a distribution I'm moderately pleased with. The late workout sucks too much energy and precious "home time" that I need to find a better solution. However, neither morning nor lunch is an option so I do not really know what the option is .. He still call me frequently just to discuss, think & reflect (😍). I’ll always be a deep small town girl with something always going on up in my mind & my feet shall never get to leave the the ground (unless I’m dancing 💁🏻‍♀️) Though, very often, apparently, I tend to get so deep into my thoughts that I forget everything else & this happens...
