Pratiqué régulièrement il permet de renforcer la position de squat et de prendre de la confiance sur ses grosses barres, ce qui n’est pas négligeable. Il n’y a aucune flexion à faire donc en théorie on peut largement dépasser sa 1RM à condition de le faire sans douleur et avec une ceinture si nécessaire. Questo ti fa capire la reale importanza di quello che stai vivendo. Quanto sei disposto a soffrire pur di non perdere ciò a cui tieni? Anche i muscoli: anche loro se non vengono continuamente stimolati si atrofizzano. Ecco perché allenarsi senza costanza non porterà al successo. Questo vale nel bodybuilding come nella vita in generale. Siate più sinceri e onesti con voi stessi. Non mentitevi! Sapete il rischio di ogni situazione e ogni scelta. Pensate, riflettete, abbandonate ogni tipo di pregiudizio. Vivete con una mentalità più aperta e scoprirete che ci sarà qualcosa vi renderà felici. Zudem achtet auf eure Kcalzufuhr und einer Carblastige Mahlzeit vor dem Training ⬅️ ist aber kein Muss. 102,5 Kg im 6x7 ballern und dafür braucht man volle Glykogenspeicher, sonst wird das nichts.
