Un ejercicio muy sencillo con 2 variantes para trabajar los extensores de cadera con gomas elásticas. Los principales extensores son: el glúteo mayor y los isquiotibiales, compuesto por el semimembranoso, semitendiniso y el bíceps femoral. 1⃣ En la primera opción realizamos una extensión en una posición de cuadrupedia, apoyando las palmas de las manos, la rodilla y la punta del pie de la misma pierna. Esto nos permite realizar la extensión con una buena base de apoyo. 2⃣ En la segunda opción, variamos el ejercicio aumentando la dificultad, ya que perdemos el apoyo del pie y realizamos la extensión en una posición de plancha, aumentando la intensidad y la musculatura implicada. Consejos: ✅ Empezar siempre con el ejercicio básico, si tenemos una buena técnica, progresar con otras opciones (mas dificultad), si por el contrario, no conseguimos realizar el ejercicio correctamente, realizar una regresión (opción más fácil) ✅ Se puede modificar la intensidad del ejercicio empezando a trabajar sin goma elástica e ir variando la resistencia de las gomas. ✅ En el nivel 2, separar ligeramente las piernas para repartir el peso y estar más equilibrado. Errores más comunes: ❌Bascular la cadera hacia el lado de la extensión de la pierna. ❌No activar el Core, haciendo que la espalda no este protegida. ❌Realizar una hipertensión de cadera y rodilla, ponindo en riesgo la zona lumbar.

☀️DAY 18 ☀️ Hey guys, so today’s day 10 post major surgery. Was super pleased to see that my efforts over the last couple weeks have paid off, and I really made a strong effort to choose foods high in fibre and less starchy food during this time to help with my bowel motions (sorry to have to bring that up, but everything slows down after surgery !!). Jumped on the scales today and so happy to have normal BMI!! Im not eating a diet restricted in calories, just eating better. It makes me wonder how poorly I was eating before!! Mindlessly consuming foods high in fats and sugars and refined carboydryates waaaaay too often...
