A shocking 4.8kgs dropped in 2 weeks time! I promise I'm consuming a well balanced, nutritious diet and at least 3.5L of water a day - a major key to my success so far
Have I been doing my strength and weight training? To be brutally honest I haven't been as I'm conditioning myself for the next 6 weeks with a transitioned diet and cardio.

Again, I'm putting this out there to encourage anyone in my position (not situation) to take their first big step as the results are rewarding and encouraging!
It's easy! Change your mindset, start logging your daily routine and what you eat, how much water you drink, write it down on a whiteboard, piece of paper, track it on your phone, take some pictures - get some INCREDIBLE before and after photos, hang them on the wall if that's your thing! It sure is mine - your mind is the biggest tool, I can't elaborate enough!
