🌟 Pop the following into a tupperware/jar/bowl: 50g oats, 250ml milk, 1/2 medium carrot grated, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon/ginger/nutmeg, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut + your fave nutty toppings (pecans + walnuts are LIT in this!) 😍 Leave overnight + in the morning tuck in - I usually add an extra spoon of nut butter 😂 .

It's not always easy to find good food at museums, but the restaurant at LACMA is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by this crispy chicken roulade with butternut squash purée. The chicken was tender and juicy, and all the accompaniments were on point.

Si se os antojan calçots y no tenéis una barbacoa cerca podéis hacerlos al horno. Coloca los calçots enteros y limpios en una bandeja de horno, hornea unos 15 minutos, el tiempo dependerá del grosor, los podéis ir pinchando para ver si están tiernos. Una vez hechos corta por la mitad y con una manga pastelera añade el romesco. Espolvorea con escamas de sal y listo

احب ان اكون غير تقليديه وغير مكرره دوما لوصفاتنا وابتكر واجدد لعائلتي لاعودهم على اطباق جديده بنكعات مطابخنا الشرقيه
هي فكرة يحنة الدجاج بالبطاطا مع الكاري التي تقدمها كل ام بطريقتها انا لم اغير بالمكونات حافظت على الطبخه الاساسيه ولكن غيرت بالتقديم بدل ان يكون الدجاج مقطع قطع كبيره ومطبوخ بالصلصه مع بطاطا وكاري عكست الطبخه سلقت الدجاج اخليته من العظم قلبته مع تقلاية بازيلا وجزر وبهارات الكاري حفرت اابطاطا قليتها حشيتها واكملت طبخها بصلصة طماطم مع كاري وحليب جوز هند وكريما جوز هند ونزود بالصلصه كي تسكب جانبيا لان البطاطا عند سكبها لن يتبقى مكان كافي لسكب باقي الصلصه فتسكب بجاط ثاني لنشرب الرز والبطاطا من هذا المرق الذي لو استطيع وصف كم هو لذيذ 🔥🔥🔥👌👌👌
قدمت معاه ها رز تصفر بتلكركم والزعفران زينته بالبصل الكرسبي ورشة كزبره وقدمت معاهم بصل دوما اقطعه شرايح اضع عليه عصير ليمون وحبات كمون مع حبة ثلج يكون طعمه لذيذ مع الاكل الهندي

Mutton raanPlace the garlic, oil, yogurt, ginger, saffron, coriander, pepper, curry powder, chilli, ketchup, salt, sugar and lemon in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
Pierce the lamb leg in random spots all over and pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring all surfaces are covered.
Cover with cling film, place the meat in the fridge and leave to marinate at least 8 hours but preferably overnight.
Preheat the oven to 320ºF/160ºC/gas mark 3.
Remove the clingfilm and place the meat in an oiled roasting tray.
Cook in the oven for 2 hours. Check that the meat cooks evenly, otherwise you’ll need to turn the tray around halfway through.
Crank up the heat to 390ºF/200ºC/gas mark 6 and cook for another 30 mins.
The lamb should have formed a golden, crisp crust.
Switch off the oven and leave the lamb in there for another 30 minutes, then serve
