Something we are all rubbish at despite the amount of positive posts about self love. . . Today was all about doing activities that helped me to feel centred and grounded. After almost 10 years of deep healing work study one of the most insidious things I find that blocks people from their paths of growth is using the information from their growth and inner work journey as a excuse why they can't grow. . This is the OPPOSITE of what your gathering of data and experience from self growth is supposed to do. . This kind of illuminating of what is needed to change and evolve is what fuels you TOWARDS those changes, not takes you away from them or depletes who you are in ANYWAY. . Everything you need to accomplish your dreams is already inside you. All that’s needed now is for you to show up. To take action. Yes! Fun facts about me: 1. One little known fact about me is that I am an introvert. Yes I’m charismatic, yes I know how to thrive in social situations but ultimately, I can only recharge my battery when I’m alone. I have to have time alone on a daily basis. It’s how I recenter...I think it’s the empath in me. 2. Given my empathic nature, dealing with other peoples energies can be very draining for me. I have to be intentional about protecting my peace since working with people and helping them heal is a key component of my life’s mission. I am most at peace when I am helping someone in a meaningful way so I vacillate between helping others and retreating. I used to think that was odd but I realize it’s just how I have to operate in order to maintain MY balance. 3. I hate small talk...I repeat, I hate it! It’s a necessary evil that I have to manage because this a primary mode of communication for many people. Not to mention, being an entrepreneur and networking, small talk is backbone of casual conversation. I can do it, do it well, and even enjoy it at times but don’t call me on the phone and expect me to engage in a whole Seinfeld episode (Only real fans will get that). 🤣 That probably won’t go over well. 4. I’d much rather be talking about big ideas, deeper issues...like your wants and needs, hurts or struggles....not what happened in some fictional movie, book or television program. I seek to better understand how people view themselves, and the world around them. I’d rather talk about how you’re feeling inside your heart, as opposed to what label you’re wearing on the outside or how much you paid for it. That’s not a knock to anyone else, i can appreciate the arts, entertainment and fashion just as much as the next person, these are just the facts about me. GOALS GIVE US DIRECTION. When we don’t have a clear goal to work towards we experience chaos, frustration and confusion. We end up giving our focus and attention to things that aren’t important. And we don’t get anywhere. . If someone asked you what your goal is, would you be able to answer that straight away in a few sentences? Most people can’t. Most people have not taken the time to think about what they want. . My example here shows a person with goals: is focused, has direction, knows where they are going and will get there. This person is directing energy to a specific outcome, therefore they will create it. . The other person with no goals: is lost, they have no direction, their experience in life is all over the place. Their mind has no order. They direct energy towards too many things, most of the time on things that don’t serve them well. They create confusion, they go around in circles repeating the same experiences over and over again. They don’t seem to be getting anywhere. They wonder why life is hard and a struggle. . Once again I will repeat my favourite saying that “our inner world creates our outer world”. Your goal has to be something you really want and you have to be specific, it needs a date for completion and there needs to be a detached energy in how it will manifest. Once you become clear on what you intend to accomplish, your subconscious mind will come to help you. One of the key components to manifestation is to feel as though your dream has already been realized. It's one thing to pine over something that you truly long for, but I challenge you to take a second to be in the mindset that your dream has already come true. In order to do this, ask yourself these questions as if your dream has already been realized: 1. What does having your wish fulfilled look like? 2. What does it feel like in your body? 3. What feelings do you associate with your dream? 4. How can I you give more love to this dream? Regardless of what your 5 senses are telling you, if you continue to feel the feeling of having your wish fulfilled, you will be able to create your dream into a reality. The most important thing is to give your dream love and to feel love within. When you feel love, you are connected to your highest self which is how you tap into the energy of the Universe. As Wayne Dyer says "Picturing the future without assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled is nothing but futile daydreaming."

Hey Loves, It’s Friday!!! I hope this passed week has been one of growth and a further awakening into the self you came here to be. YESTERDAY I FELT INVISIBLE. I thought that no one heard me and my thoughts spiralled. And, true to the nature of life, I evolved, thoughts passed and flowed through, and today I realised that anything is possible. I am not invisible. I just thought I was, temporarily. Invisibility doesn't even really exist; it is a concept that we create in our minds. And, so, today, I felt the bubble of excitement for future ideas and plans. I reconnected to the very essence of life; the freedom and innate joy within me. I dreamed about something bigger, a project that could help share my message wider and fulfil all my passions. And, in that space of dreaming big, I got a glimpse of that beautiful spaciousness that already exists within me. That beautiful reminder that we are not only part of something greater, but that we ARE that something greater! We can dream big and allow the universe to flow through us in its magical way. We are all filled with infinite potential. We just need to remember it and allow ourselves to evolve exactly as we are, accepting the universe's timing. So, here's my reminder for you!
