The direction here is simple: Especially if you have low back issues, EASE UP ON THE COMPRESSION EXERCISES, and add some decompressive moves in there too. _ No one is saying you shouldn’t squat, deadlift or press. But you definitely should think twice before supersetting such movements in order to spare your spine the repeated compression with no breaks. _ A smart directive would be to add a decomp move in to counter your big lift, to help unload the spine.
