Registration for our Easter Youth Athlete Conditioning Camp is now open!
This camp will improve your child’s conditioning, resiliency, and mental toughness.
By pushing your child just outside their comfort zone, they will see what they’re truly capable of.
Athletes will sprint up hills, carry heavy objects, pull weighted sleds, and prepare themselves physically and mentally for their spring and summer sports.
Workouts will take place on April 24th, 25th, and 26th, Wednesday – Friday, from 1:00 – 2:30 pm.

We will never know what’s behind the face, life is projected to reflect what may or may not be real. You and God only knows the real you and what battles you are fighting. Regardless of what that me be keep it true to yourself. God sees your life from his eternal perspective. He will take whatever time is necessary to grow your character to match his assignment for you. You mail feel at some point that you have reach your destination but to find out that you have fail one more time. If you have not received a divine commission lately, it may be that your character needs maturity. Are you impatient to begin your work before God? Just know a small character will fail in a large responsibility every time. Don’t be too hasty to begin working on yourself. Character building can be long and painful. Sometimes God’s task for you will require a far greater man or woman than you presently are? God has a plan for you and he only knows what must happen before you reach your destination. Set your destination and Keep working on yourself... See you guys at the finish line💪🏽

My race was good considering my sore shoulder but no excuses right? 😉
I knew coming in here I was gonna do burpees all day which is fine
Open wave had me do burpees at spear throw way too many Spartans in line

I still managed to run it in 1:14 open wave
No huge hills today though

Io mi diverto, non vedo l'ora di andare in palestra o al parco ad allenarmi, adoro stare 2 o 3 ore al giorno a fare "cose". Senza questa spinta che vi muove, ogni discorso tecnico perde valore. E poi é una costante sfida con me stesso, con gli obiettivi che mi pongo. E ogni volta che sono vicino ad un obiettivo, me lo pongo più alto, perché il trucco è andare vicino ai propri obiettivi senza mai raggiungerli, in modo da stare in costante movimento. È libertà perché mi permette di esprimermi come voglio: allenarsi al parco o in pineta dopo una mezz'ora di bici per arrivare é una sensazione fantastica da questo punto di vista.
Capite quindi che con questa visione, il "miglior metodo" perde completamente di senso. Allenatevi perché vi piace, non per vincere insicurezze, per dimostrare agli altri di essere più forti più bravi o per raggiungere canoni estetici imposti e irrealistici.
Quella invece é la chiave per l'insoddisfazione! "

The benefits of speed workouts go far beyond faster times and hosts a tonne of fitness & health benefits. Which is why track workouts is something that l am trying to add into my weekly routine for so many reasons. (1) A stronger stride, (2) stronger legs, (3) stronger bones and connective tissues, (4) increases anearobic endurance, (5) improved agility, (6) happy running endorphines!
Next time you want to go for a slow run...maybe switch it up head to a track and try yourself at 400 meter sprint repeats. 4 weeks later...im starting to see the benefits and its not quite as painfull and almost fun! .
