To quiet the chaos... To think this grove of bamboo is basically situated between two extremely busy streets full of cars and scooters is a typical example of how life balances between peaceful and riotous here in Shanghai... You can turn a corner and be in a narrow alley, wrapped in solitude and the pungent scents wafting from an open kitchen window... Or you can find yourself at Luijiazui metro station at 6pm on a Friday and swear the entire human race descended on the underground, pushing, shouting and forcing their way on the train... Somedays it’s bliss, others madness and finding the balance is critical to remain sane... Our little park across from our home is a mere sliver of sanity for us... Where just for a few hours, the world slows down, green envelopes you and the pounding pulse of the street fades into the ether...
Mannnn I love sunsets, been a while since I have taken the time to witness one... Been focused on editing the past couple of weeks and I really cannot wait to show you the next videos I am cooking up in my new office. Or maybe I am just looking through all my footage of my summer in Europe because I don’t want summer to end...😕 ☀️ Okayyy enough chitchattt going back to my computer, oh yeah and next video dropping this THURSDAY!! Okay love you guyssss byeeee 🎥
Nts: stop and smell the flowers more
The last two months or so have been pretty hectic for me. On top of being crazy busy with several weddings to shoot and edit, my husband and I unexpectedly had to find and move to a new apartment. After a week of living in the new place, it briefly caught on fire 🙃 We haven’t had a couch in over two weeks due to shipping problems. We JUST booked our tickets for a trip we’re taking in two weeks, and we still haven’t booked them for a trip abroad we’re planning on December. It’s been a bit hard to catch a break tbh, but being busy can be a good thing, right? 🤷🏻♀️ this is adulthood I guess.

Normally, golden hour last an hour or so, give or take. But when you’re this close to the arctic circle, sunset and sunrise colors last forever!! After I took this, we drove another 30-45m to Midnight Dome to enjoy the last bits of sunset. Yukon in the summer is incredible. @travelyukon @explorecanada
Daydreaming of the simple days.
Krka National Park in Croatia. A series of 7 waterfalls, a beautiful walking path, monastery and the worlds oldest hydro electrical power plant!!! Also my first attempt at long exposure water shots. Very challenging on a bright day, but really cool too;-) I loved spending the day here with my family. Such a great shared experience ❤️
I could explore the streets of Tokyo all night. If I could stay awake. #jetlag
Just like fire, burning out the way
If I can light the world up for just one day
Watch this madness, colorful charade
No one can be just like me any way… #fire #justlikefire

〽️CLOTHES. WHAT DO I WEAR TO MY SESSION?! Here's a quick 5 item shortlist to make sure your outfit is on point for dreamy pictures.
1. Key is in the coordinaton! If you're in a group, plan for one person to pick their outfit and build out from there.
2. Muted colors and pastels, brighter colors, whites (but make sure if there's more than one person, only one wears white --> Allows for contrast and differentiation)
3. Flowy dresses for the girls, Collars for the guys
4. Make sure YOU feel comfortable in your outfit. If you don't love your outfit, your facial expressions will show!
5. Avoid patterns smaller than a dime - small patterns = weird artifacts in pictures. 〽️Enjoy the week y'all!
