Éste açai que preparé quedó delicioso, lo hice con varias frutas, una de ellas el kiwi 🥝 que tenía siglos sin ver en el mercado y ayer finalmente lo encontré. . Vayan a mis stories para ver esta combinación y la base que utilicé. . Algo que me ha llamado mucho la atención, es que Generalmente cuando posteo estos smoothies de frutas me preguntan por DM: ¿si quiero adelgazar puedo comer frutas, es que me dicen que tienen azúcar 🤦🏼‍♀️? ¿Eri pero comer tanta fruta mezclada engorda? 🙄 sáquense ese tonto mito de la cabeza porfis, la fruta la pueden hasta cenar y no pasa NADA.
