Today I weighed in and I am officially down -40kg!! From 153.4kg to 113.4kg! Wooooooo 💪🏽🎉
It takes one decision to change your whole life. One choice to get up and walk. One choice to change your diet. It takes one choice. It took me making the section that one day I’ll start started that day. Once I started 2 years ago there has been no stopping me. .
Losing the weight has literally lifted me up. Your outlook changes, your energy level changes. Your life changes. One decision to stop making excuses has changed my life.

For quite sometime now, I've needed a bit more vehicle space to accomodate my sports ⚾️ mom life and my jewelry 💎 business but I hadn't made the move to do so.
Well.........A few weeks ago, Paparazzi 💗🖤launched a new feature to us as Consultants that allowed us to see the projectory of our commission checks (not including my jewelry sales). Since the launch of the new feature, I put a new goal into place that would allow me to not only invest in a new vehicle but be able to pay the increased car note by simply working my business!
I'm excited 😊 to say that since that new feature was launched, the plan I put into place and has worked on since then, is successful!! ✔️ In all of my 37 years of living, I've only ever owned certified used vehicles. My FIRST projected commission check according to the new feature just dropped last week and my FIRST new 2018 car note (increased by $200) has been paid for!!! Did I mention and with money 💵 left over?! 😱I was able to accomplish ✅ this goal and combat the intimidation of paying for a new car ALL by simply working my business!
This new feature positions us to work our business more strategically, with greater intent and while monitoring our progress as we go along - shooting for WHAT WE DESIRE, without anyone's approval! WE BOSS UP 💰ON OUR OWN!
This business positions us to push past our fears and our comfort zones so that we can have those things that what we want and need!!!! It positions us to not only wish for those things but accomplish them so that can pat our ownselves on the back and BE PROUD!!! 😍
My sole reason for joining this business was to forgo the societal norm of living paycheck to paycheck. I've accomplished that. Today I spent most of my morning looking at diaries instead of working 🤦🏼♀️ I had all intentions of going for a coffee date with my laptop but instead I spent a silly amount of time looking at cute diaries 😂 .
I then spent the rest of my day transferring all my bookings for next year into said cute diary. And I can’t believe how busy I am already for 2019 this year’s been mega! And next year is looking even better so much excitement in my life coming up with work and home life 💖

I just want to share something. This collage of pictures. This is what yo-yo dieting looks like. I had no real goals, not even any real planning. I would go hard for a couple months and then give up because it was just “to much.” I was tired and depressed. The vacation we went on when my son was 2 months old we actually had to buy me a couple of shirts because I had nothing to wear and even them were tight. I remember crying and telling my wife that I was fat and felt ugly. .
Being big my whole life you learn how to make the excuses. Well my whole family is big. I’ll never get to the size I want because my bones are big. I had a rough day so I’m gonna sit here and eat all this. My arms or legs cramp so I can’t weight train. I know the excuses guys cause I used all of them.
Those pictures to the last one (and I don’t know what kind of face that is.. it’s awful lol) I did all of that with no gym. I found a passion for jogging. I used my competitive athletic nature to push myself from a 20 minute mile to a 9 minute mile. Y’all I started out walking and jogging to music by the verses and chorus. I say 343 is where I started because that was what I weighed last. Was it painful.. absolutely. But could I do it? Yes!
Losing this weight was the best decision I have ever made. Guess what, my bones aren’t big, everyone in my family is still over weight. It doesn’t define you. Define yourself. Find your strengths and build on them. Instead of saying oh well it’s raining I can’t go walk, pull up the 3 mile walk video online and do it. I’ve done it many times. Make up your own hiit training. Just do it. With no excuses. .

View from the 1st floor balcony this morning. A year ago we were at the beach for another family vacation. Since then, it was my goal to live closer to these waves. Aug. 31st we smashed that goal. We sold our house, moved several hundred miles, and haven't looked back. What's your dream? If you're not taking action on it, its going to stay just that- a dream. Do scary things! Leap in life with both feet. And if you fall? So what. Get back up and keep going.

Feeling goooooood! 5km run, new PB, 406cal burned. After a full day on my feet at work followed by a staff meeting, I've decided I'm pretty damn awesome 💪
Oh and I've lost 2kg in 10 days, so there's that too.

Felling good this morning but a little tired. But today is my Friday!!! Getting in a leg workout before work! Felt this shirt was appropriate for today ha!
Y’all please always make time for you! Everyone thinks I’m crazy for going to the gym at 2 in the morning but I feel sluggish if I don’t get my workout in before work. It becomes a habit as long as you stay consistent.
Consistency is key. Routine is key. My life is based on routine now since I have had Aiden which is probably why this time the weight loss has stuck like it has. I’m consistent with my meals and my workouts. I will walk around my house or run with Aiden (which is my favorite) to get my steps in for the day.
All you gotta do is start it and stick to it. Once you make it a habit it’s hard to break it.

Proofing Tink and Turbos' sits!
These cuties have been regular board and train clients for the last two years and their Mum has done an incredible job in between visits by continuing and advancing their skills.
This is their first visit to @windamereboarding
which has been a good test in itself. New surroundings, new people, new smells and they've adapted really well!
Today Trainer Aleisha took them down to the training paddock to be amongst the sights and sounds of cars driving past nearby, Aleisha making all sorts of odd movements, dogs barking and lots of birds flying around them.
Their sits were solid!! Good job pups! 👍
It definitely doesn’t happen over night, but with consistency and discipline, it certainly can happen! •
There is 8 years and 2 kids between these photos. The first photo was in Fiji in 2010. 2 months after my first pregnancy. By the time I’d had Roman and then Aurora I was bigger than this. No exercise and pretty much eating whatever I wanted resulted in me not losing any of the baby weight and I actually put some weight on.
Fast forward to now and what a difference. I now exercise 3-4 times a week, a mix of walking and training (I’ve tried sooo sooo many training programmes and plans!). I eat relatively healthily and rarely drink alcohol. •
I am proof that you can change, not only change the way you look but also change they way you think about exercise and food. It takes time, but be patient and be kind to yourself. And have fun. x
Week 2 of the Challenge! Towards the end of last week was tough with DOMS and some dental surgery. This week I’ve smashed out a 5km run, a HITT session and a relaxing walk by the water. Once again the body is aching from all the hard hard but I’m pleased to say I have seen some positive results on the scales this week finally :-) #weightlossjourney
