Motivation Monday: 2 weeks ago I decided I was going to challenge myself to become a runner. This is a real challenge for me because I have always hated running. I am falling in love with it though. I run 3 days a week using the C25K app and I am currently in week 3. In one week I managed to shave 1:19 off of my mile. This is true motivation for me to stop telling myself what I can’t do.
