Day 21 Sadhana
Sitting in silence, all answers become apparent.
In order to communicate effectively, we must pay close attention to the tonal quality, or the emotional energy, we embed into our words.
More to stay here , caption is louder than post ⬇⬇🔰 a new beginning starts here.
when we let the absence of words
sink in our skin and flow through
the red and blue veins.
to let silence become apart of us as a whole.
and to be ridden of awkward
and gently colored with tranquility.
when we are consumed with the most
we appreciate the things
that normally don’t come to eye.
a new beginning starts here.
an interconnection manifested in the
deficiency of conversation.
an ambience that is better than any
formulation of sentences.
our unspoken vowels and consonants
playfully roll around
in the quiet rest of the atmosphere;
it speaks louder than your steady heartbeat
and collected breathing.

They say silence is the wisest answer to most questions... And smiling the best reaction in most situations... 🤷🏼♀️😂♥️♥️♥️ Love these screaming babes with my whole damn heart and soul.

Beautiful view of transmountain. 😍
Nature is SO magical and gives us the amazing gift of silence. There is no traffic, no phones ringing, no sirens, no typing and no unwanted voices.
Our lives often become so overwhelmed with the stressful noises of our hustle that we don’t even realize what the silence that nature gives us is really worth. As humans, we become so entwined with technology that we often forget to stop and smell the roses (literally and figuratively)
As we approach Thanksgiving, I would ask that you give thanks to yourself by spending some [quiet] time with nature. Go for a walk. Sit by the water. Go for a hike. Allow yourself to be with nature. Listen to the world as it was meant to be. Take in the quiet between the waves, the quiet of the desert breeze, the quiet of the wooded mountains. Just listen. Your body as a whole will love and thank you for it.
