ALRIGHT PEOPLE. Cenzo is back with more workout videos. This one is straight out of my new program that will be available very shortly. I’m just doing a trial run (any good trainer would make sure the workout is not impossible) so please bare with me. Anywho, as stated on my Instagram story (if you’re watching SPANK YA VERY MUCH 😅) this workout was a full on superset. So since this is a Swipe Left post, it can be a tad confusing. Below will be the full workout with which workouts were superseted and weren’t. Please bookmark this you guys, the support has been SO super real and I love all you guys for reaching out, asking questions, and bookmarking these workouts. You guys seem to enjoy them, so why wouldn’t I supply..
👇🏽 FULL WORKOUT 👇🏽..
1a) Flat Bench Press- 4 x 8-10..
1b) Cable Flys- 4 x 10-12..
2a) Incline DB Press- 3 x 10..
2b) DB Press- 3 x 12-15..
3a) Press Machine(doesn’t have to be the plate loaded one)- 2 x 10..
3b) Decline Push Ups- 2 x 15..
4) Single Arm Press- 2 x 12-15..
5) Floor DB Flys- 1 x 20..
*the a and b represent the supersets..
💭 Keep in mind guys, you want to go very light during this workout because it does require a lot of volume. Don’t try to be a big strong guy over here. Keep Rest Time between sets between 45 seconds to 1 minute MAX!! Focus on good quality reps as well. The Better the form, the better the muscle will work!! Feel the burn and your stomach turn!! Enjoy 😉
