Jouu wieder ein wenig später wie gewohnt aber wir sind noch da🙋🏼‍♂️🙋🏽‍♀️ Viel um die Ohren und ein wenig gestresst, jedoch Happy und zufrieden🙏🏽 Nach der Arbeit gab es sogar 2 Monster Energy Drinks (ZERO) , bevor wir ins Gym gingen #müdeabermotiviert ✌🏼 Das Training war gut und wir konnten uns voll auf die Schultern konzentrieren🤙🏽 Danach waren wir einkaufen, Auf der Bank und jetzt wurden gerade die ✈️ 🎫 für 🇪🇸 gekauft!🙌🏽 Kurz Duschen und nochmals etwas Essen und ab in die Haja 🛌 💤 🛑Tipp des Tages: Beim Schultertraining müsst ihr unterscheiden von ,,guten,, Muskelschmerzen durch die Kontraktion und Belastung des Muskels und von ,,schlechten,, Muskelschmerzen durch Überbelastung der Gelenke! Workout EARLY in the day - I know it’s dark & cold out but planning your workouts at the beginning of your day will give you less room for making excuses why you don’t want to or can’t workout later in the day! And ACTUALLY make a concrete workout schedule for the week so you know exactly what you’ll be doing! - 2. Plan for holiday treats during special events so you’re not continuously eating junk all day everyday just because it’s Christmas time! Allow yourself to enjoy parties and time out with family & friends and limit your splurging to these special times that only come around once a year. ☺️ - 3. Plan workouts with friends to help keep you accountable when you really do NOT feel like getting your butt out of bed 🙅🏻‍♀️ - 4. If you happen to overindulge, don’t let yourself feel bad or guilty about it - remember that every moment you can start fresh. Hello IG homies 😄 So for those of you who like to read long captions (me 🙋🏻‍♀️) I wanted to write out 10 “fun”? facts about myself to keep things nice & lighthearted this morning 💕🤗 - 1. I was born in Canada (Montreal, Quebec) and have dual citizenship 🇱🇷🇨🇦 - 2. I’ve been obsessed with working out since I was 12 years old (in both a good and bad way!) - 3. I’m 23 years old and although I have a baby face a lot of people tend to think I’m older because of the way I carry myself (so I’ve been told..) - 4. I’m a Scorpio (October 28th) and VERY into astrology - yes I’m that girl. 😂 If I know you there’s a 99.9% chance I know your zodiac sign, no joke. - 5. I pride myself on the fact that I’m honestly SUCH an introvert. I enjoy my alone time a little too much 🤷🏻‍♀️ But if I like someone enough I’ll want to spend all of my time with them (be it a friend or significant other) - 6. I’m generally a very sweet and friendly person but if you catch me in a bad or off mood I’m low-key scary AF (at least in my opinion 😂) - 7. If a guy tries to hit on me it’s almost always an automatic no because I like to be the pursuer, legit I’ll be like “Hello hi I LIKE YOU what’s good?” 😂 I’m crazy idk man - 8. I am 5’ 2 and 3/4” (I felt the need to put this in because some people say I look a lot taller in my photos 😫) - 9. I’ve never wanted kids, and a lot of people tell me that will change with age but I’m pretty sure I’d be a terrible mother so I’d like to save a child from having me as their mom 😂 - 10. The biggest compliment I could give to someone is trusting them. I trust just about nobody so when I do it means I REALLY fuck with you and consider you a homie for life ❤️🙏🏻

Good morning my #fitfam here are some sped up clips of a few shoulder exercises... the first three are combined in a tri-set... they will have you burning by the end🙌🏼😉💪🏼(I’m using 20lb bb and 10lb. plates) doing reps of 15 each for 5 sets only 15 sec rest in between sets! These I would recommend to use as a warm up or for burn outs... that is why no heavy weight is necessary🤗😉😬🙌🏼 #shoulderworkout #getitladies #shoulderboulder

Baby it’s cold outside 🥶🥶 _ Andddd sometimes it’s hard to get yourself out of the house and to the gym. Sometimes when you do get yourself out of the house and to the gym.. you realize your leggings are on backwards.. _ So this is an upper body workout for one of those days. Throw on a sweatshirt, grab some lighter weight, be kind to yourself, and leave 😜 _ I did 4 sets 20 reps for each of these. But always save and adjust to your goals 👍🏻
Shoulder workout finisher? Try the wide grip upright rows for reps! I find this exercise a very important and quiet messed out by most, This will target your mostly your side delts and also front shoulders. Let me know how it goes! Good luck! #shouldersworkout
