ALLOW GOD/UNIVERSE TO FIGURE IT OUT FOR YOU! 5- become obsessed 6- Write down a plan, it doesn’t need to be perfect. 7-TAKE DAILY ACTION! 8- Pay attention to situations, people and opportunities that will come into your life to assist you in achieving your goal. 9- Be aware of your limiting beliefs as they surface and work through them. KEEP MOVING FORWARD! 10- Be willing to do whatever it takes. 11- Trust your intuition, if something feels right, take action even if the facts tell you it won’t work. God/Universe has your back! First you need to become aware of your thoughts and how you feel. It’s a daily practice of mindfulness. Being present with yourself and checking in throughout the day on your thoughts and feelings. A great way to do this is to set the alarm on your phone 3 to 5 times a day. When it goes off, consciously take a breath and as you exhale, become aware of your thoughts and emotions. If they are not in alignment with your intentions, goals and how you want to feel, change the channel of your thoughts and refocus on a thought that gives you a good feeling and restart your day. Now if you’re feeling angry, anxious or depressed, go into the emotion and ask what it needs to feel good. Your truth, (answer) will be revealed. It is then your responsibility to take the action and continue to move forward. As I said, this is a daily practice that gets better over time. Eventually you will master your thoughts. Be easy on yourself, especially if you’re just starting this journey of self awareness. Remember everything you need is within you. That is where your power, love and truth lives. #transformation I went from being #anorexic weighing 135lbs. I was eating about 500 calories a day and doing 2 master swim workouts a day. I ended up getting sick and spending 3 months in bed from exhaustion. My body broke down and stopped fully functioning. When my energy came back, I started to workout in the gym. I had taken off over 3 years from lifting. I was weak and had lost all my muscle. But I was determined to get healthy and strong again. I automatically started eating like a bodybuilder. I ate high quality protein, fats and veggies. Quality food for quality muscle. I was obsessed with staying lean as I packed on muscle! Thank God we have muscle memory! Over the next 5 years I put on 35lbs of muscle! I went from an unhealthy, malnourished and scrawny 135lbs to a healthy, strong and shredded 170 and won the OVERALL, 1999 NPC MR HAWAII NATURAL BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS! My INNER JOURNEY AND TRUE LIFE BEGAN 29 years ago when I went down on my knees and asked God for guidance. I had tried for years to stop drinking and doing drugs only to find myself in the same unhappy, depressed and desperate place. I had continued to sabotage any success I had ever achieved. But one night strung out on freebase cocaine, I looked at myself in the mirror. As I stared deeply into my dark sunken eyes, I reviewed my life. It was at that moment that I realized I was a drug addict. Everything and anything I had screwed up in my life was because of my drug addiction and bad choices I had made along the way. So on that night I decided I didn’t want to lose my business or my life. I believed the only way I could succeed was committing 100% to following my inner guidance and having faith. Today I’m still on my inner journey and following my inner guidance. For me it’s a daily practice. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth it every step of the way. I continue to be blessed with more than I could have imagined. What I’m most grateful and appreciated for is how I feel mentally, emotionally and spiritually. For me that is true freedom and success. A bit of variety goes along way when it comes to the foods we eat☝🏻 There once’s was a time I ate the following foods ALL THE TIME....chicken, spinach, broccoli, eggs, almond butter, yams, protein powder, and hold on.... green beans. Can’t forget the green beans😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Than guess what would happen... I’d get burnt out... shocking...🤷🏼‍♀️ Than my eating would look more like....🍔🍟🍩🍪🍫🍦🍰🍱🥪🍕....physically felt like 💩....felt depressed... gained weight.... than go back to the my “heathy eating” This was my cycle...and clearly it wasn’t working. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I’m long past my old ways of “healthy eating”.... I keep variety high in my daily intake ALL THE TIME... even during my last 👙 prep, I kept variety. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I coach clients with the same philosophy, yes a few may be slightly different when it comes to certain foods. But I’ve seen over & over again when coaching people on nutrition..... restriction doesn’t last and nor will the results. Variety plus consistency equals.... lasting results✅

Who loves their fats!?!?...🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ Fats have been a topic across the board this week w/ the majority of my Nutrition clients😉 A few reasons... getting in a variety of fats, what are the differences between the fats, & can you just eat Peanut Butter with every meal..😂 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• A quick breakdown.... Saturated fats- high portion fatty acid w/double bonds. Monounsaturated fats-fat molecules that have one unsaturated carbon bond in the molecule, also called a double bond. Polyunsaturated fats-fats which the constituent hydro carbon chain possesses two or more carbon double bonds. Trans fats-unhealthy substance also know as trans fatty acid, made through the chemical process of hydrogenation. 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓 Your goal should be a variety of fats minus out the Trans fats🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 ☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻 Fats are super helpful in keeping you satiated, they improve cholesterol levels, can decrease ❤️ disease, and benefits insulin levels & blood sugar control.
