I finished right before I had gotten pregnant with my first son, I was in the best shape I had been in, in years. It’s weird to watch my workout videos & NOT see my tumor 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve had it for so long that i just thought it was normal to have a lump; like it was an organ just sticking out a lil 🙄 - shows you how much i know 🤣 BUT it’s amazing to be able to BREATHE during my workouts 🙌🏻 i used to ALWAYS get super winded really fast & get dizzy super easy & always felt like i couldn’t take that nice, big, refreshing breath - because i couldn’t 😟 i will never take breathing, or my workouts, for granted again 😄 it’s not just that tho 👉🏻 now that i can breathe better, i can push myself harder and get stronger which means keeping up with, & taking care of, my daughter is easier 👏🏻 even my girls on my team have talked about how grateful they are that they can actually play with their kids & have the energy and stamina for them 🙏🏻😭 that’s what this is about - being the BEST you possible 🤜🏻🤛🏻 i have 3 spots left! Queen of starting & stopping has officially left the ‘building’ (haha get it?). Welcome the queen of cussing & squatting 👑 I got this sweet sweatshirt from my girl and fellow Beachbody Coach. And if that wasn’t motivation enough to get it done, I saw myself in leggings 🙈. But if even THAT wasn’t enough-- my kids MADE ME go to the gym tonight (see little man rocking the treadmill??). I had 5 million things to do. And I still do. But I made a promise to myself and a few others that my bs was no more and my training started today. Diet on point thanks to #mealprepsunday

It’s time to get real. I had a weekend FULL of treats. My nutrition is (typically) on point during the weeks but then falls apart on the weekends. After this weekend all the progress I had made went to waste and lot of it is being held in my belly and arms. I could sit here and dwell on it but I’m choosing to push myself harder and stick to my goals. I’m using it as motivation to keep myself accountable.
However, we are all human and are entitled to indulge. That’s what I love about my meal plan. It’s super easy to follow and is flexible to allow for treats and indulgences (just not a whole weekend 😂😒) I find I always follow through with things better when I’ve got someone to hold me accountable.
Here’s to drinking more water, sticking to my plan and drinking my superfoods every day! 👊🏼 Wanna be my accountable buddy?!
One more day of phase 1 😐😫 Seriously I've been having to push myself to hit play the last few days. I've went 26 days without missing a single day. That's an improvement for me 💪
Not following a meal plan really takes the energy out of me too. Eat right. Push more. Lift heavier 😁

There is so much more in this life than just going through the motions.
That's what I felt like I was doing just over a year ago. I didn't know that there was anything more for me, and I didn't know my self-worth. .
Over the last year, I've worked on not only my physicality, but my mental state as well. I learned how to love myself, which I had never really done before. I didn't know how. .
