this morning to dust off the 🦹♀️ that wanted stop me. And then as I was 🏃🏾♀️ trying to beat my regular time, my 👟 kept coming untied 🤔🤔🤔why? I have known how to tie forever ☺️... while come to find out this 🙋🏼♀️ was trying to catch me. Since my ear buds are in I couldn’t 👂. I dropped my 🔑 a way back. How nice was she. Omg! How luck was I. But I still wanted to beat my time. And I did by 5min. #progress

Yay I did it!!! second round of this program, and I’m glad is over not bc of the workout of the training but of the plateau. I’m ready to challenge my body to something different and that’s why I love this company, a new program/challenge is coming up and I can’t wait. Do you ever hit a plateau at the gym? Can you relate?
