Yay I did it!!! second round of this program, and I’m glad is over not bc of the workout of the training but of the plateau. I’m ready to challenge my body to something different and that’s why I love this company, a new program/challenge is coming up and I can’t wait. Do you ever hit a plateau at the gym? Can you relate?

I had to admit I was so prideful to ask for help during my fitness journey. I was consistently going to the gym eating clean, or what I thought it was clean, but all that hard work wasn’t showing up. I was so determined to figure out what I was missing. So I decided to try something new and leaning into guidance and support.
What I found out is the my body thrives with some foods, and not so munch with others foods. I look at this picture and I never thought of myself as fit person or even helping others. But i realized that I needed to focus on smaller muscles, increase my endurance, HIIT hardio, increase my weights, and let’s don’t forget the most important part the “STRETCHING” 🙆🏻♀️ The changes that are happening in my body weren’t an overnight thing. I had to figure out what kind of foods my body thrives, and how much to eat, what areas of my body I needed the most work and how to achieve that, and until I tried everything that’s when I started seeing changes. I’m telling you all this bc if you tried everything and nothing seems work you haven’t tried EVERYTHING, don’t throw the the towel that quick. Keep fighting for it, keep pushing the limits of what you body can do...
A very busy few days deciding on some really important things in my life. I’ve definitely not kept up my insta game, but I’m sure over the next few weeks you will start to see where all of my efforts have been directed to. I was reminded over the weekend that I never posted my results on my 5 goal challenge in September, so here they are:
1. Break our Air BnB monthly sales record of 8.1k - Now we actually took more direct bookings in September, and our monthly revenue was £10,313.11 - I think it’s fair to say we met this goal!💰
2. Lose 5kg - I managed 3.8kg by simply reducing my carb intake and getting my lazy arse into the gym! 🏋️♀️
3. Build relationships with at least 10 local businesses - We managed to connect with 8 businesses through new bookings. 🤝
4. Secure at least 2 new management contracts - signed, sealed and delivered ✅
5. Re-read/Listen to Profit First & The 4 Hour Work Week - As I spend literally a third of my life in the car, this was ticked off after the first week. So I decided to throw in Richard Branson’s autobiography aswell - not a bad read if you need a little inspiration. 📚
Another positive month, but actually looking at how October is currently going, I have a feeling this is going to be even better!✌️

Anywayyy nr 9: my favorite time to write is mostly pretty late at night since I'm an overthinker and my mind has the most thoughts around that time, also right after waking up, which can be in the middle of the night or in the morning. Then I often get inspiration through dreams.
My dreams are like a movie so I like to write them down and see what I can use ✨

Et le jour du Run In Lyon, il y avait un mélange d’existation, de motivation, de joie, de fierté...🤩
Ce jour là, j’étais en compétition contre moi même, pour me dépasser et j’ai constaté mon évolution en running qui est satisfaisante. J’étais concentré sur moi même et non les autres donc ducoup j’ai grappillé des places au fil de mon parcours tranquillement 🙌🏼. Mon mental m’a aidé aussi surtout sur les deux derniers kilomètres où les jambes commençaient à faiblir, j’ai tenu jusqu’au passage de relais avec la rage de vaincre 🦁💪🏼. Je donne le relais et là les émotions sont venues, fierté, satisfaction, joie et même les larmes sont montés car j’avais terminé, j’ai vu que j’étais largement capable de le faire puis j’ai atteins mon objectif que j’avais fixé pour cette course 🦁🤩. Le bonus,mon chérie qui m’avait donné le relais plutôt m’attendait à la fin donc partager tout ça avec lui était magique 😻. Le plus fou, c’est que je veux revivre ce genre de journée avec toutes ses émotions🤩
