Trying to climb my short arse over the plants for them views 🌱☁️🍃
It's our first morning in India and what better way to start it than with a hatha yoga class (with a bit of aerial at the end)!
Had a crazy good time today! Pushed myself and rode up stuff that I would never attempt on my own. First time looping a bike, glad someone had a camera running! 😄 Thanks for an awesome ride guys! 🤙
Sliding into Friday like...😜
Wishing you all a fun, adventurous yet restful weekend with your loves! 💚💙💛
There is a 26 mile trail that goes through these mountains that my husband and I have decided we are going to hike in the summer (without the kids.)
Last year our childless getaway was to Jackson WY which was awesome, but this year I’m looking to getaway from civilization, to really challenge myself, and to spend some quality time in my favorite mountains with my favorite person.🏔✨
Webinars. editing. packing for California. last minute Christmas decorating— I can sleep in 2019 🤦🏻♀️
Advent Activity Day 12: Make Snowy Pine Cones! A little messy, but a super simple, sparkly, and quick winter craft. Use little sponge brushes to paint Elmer’s glue on the edges of a pine cone and then douse it in glitter! We put a large, shallow cardboard box (this time of year we all have extra Amazon boxes laying around, right?!) out on the craft table and set all the supplies inside. It helped us keep the glitter and glue mess completely contained.
Teaching our little bubba how to throw dice and play Shut the Box.
The parents decided it would be fun to treat ourselves to a decadent brunch for dinner. We made fried chicken and waffles with maple syrup, bourbon whipped cream, and candied bacon. All served alongside festive forties! It was AMAZING! We all agreed a new tradition was born that night.
We made reindeer pancakes for the first time last year and it was such a darling and simple activity. Make large circular pancakes for the heads, medium circular pancakes for the muzzles, and small oval pancakes for the ears. The kids can decorate their reindeer with chocolate chip eyes, cherry nose, and bacon antlers.
Advent Activity Day 11: Reindeer Pancakes with Piper!
In the past year I've discovered a new appreciation for works of art such as this. In each new place I go across the world, there are amazing peices such as this. But I think the truly amazing thing is despite the differences between us, art is something that can unite us. Because anywhere you go, art is still a reflection of what's on the inside. We are all humanity. #photooftheday #costarica
I do not own this art
Super excited to announce one of our awesome sponsors, @deepellumbrewing
deepellumbrewing ! Not only is their beer delicious, but they’re making it possible for us to give more money to survivors due to their generosity. You guys rock!
Happy birthday to my favorite person. The girl I want to go on adventures with, talk to, joke with, watch a movie with, and honestly share every moment possible with. She may be humble, but I want to say how amazing and beautiful she is, both inside and out, because I see it every day. And above all else, I know the my happiest time of the day and my easiest decision is getting back to her. Always.

Where are you going in 2019? We’re in planning mode for the upcoming year and we’re looking for suggestions on places we should visit. We’re going to be traveling more in the U.S., Canada and making our way over to Alaska as well. So we’d love to hear some of your must see places.
