I think it’s about time I upgrade my weights and get some heavier ones? What do you think?😏😂
done right! Gotta really be careful during this workout routine. Trying to really watch my form and get the best pump I can. That bicep vein is startin to show up more and more. I'm always excited to see that. :)

A transformation is not a quick process. Sometimes it takes months. Sometimes it takes years but the idea was to create a sustainable lifestyle and to feel healthier and happier in my own skin.
There have been times during this lifestyle change that I have questioned myself and wondered if it was really worth it. I have learned along the way that overrestricting myself and telling myself that I CANT have things only makes me want them more.
A transformation is not only physical but it's mental as well.
I have spent a lot of time looking at myself and seeing something different than what other people see. I also spend more time telling myself that my brain is wrong.
Learning to love the body that you have is not easy at all when society has a standard for what "beauty" means.
This is only the beginning of my journey and I will continue to regain strength and be healthier and happier. ❤Follow me on my fitness journey❤

This is real , I’m not proud of my before pictures . I’ve been struggling with my weight since I’ve had joclynn . I’ve tried many things and none of them seem to last . They all had either two many steps throughout the day , or they were disgusting and the list can go on. Since I’ve started my new lifestyle , not only have I been successfully losing weight I AM a much happier person. I’m not dragging through the day I wake up at 6:00am every morning and anybody that knows me knows that’s not me , I’d sleep in till at least 10:00. This isn’t a fake post this is me in real life . I’m so so soooo glad that I made the decision almost 3 weeks ago to do something for me and for my kids & husband . I still can’t believe this round is almost over. I increased my weight, gotten stronger on my burnouts, and I even added weight for my core (ouch). I’m so proud and anxious for the future.

There is 71 days between these videos. I can’t believe how much as changed physically and mentally.
First video- I wanted the speed. My form was way off and I was joking around because it was hard.
Second video- I may not be as fast but my form is perfect. My chest is up, my butt is down. I am focusing on the muscles that need to be working.
I am so glad I am taking the time to document my journey. It puts everting in perspective. It always helps me see progress I wouldn’t have if I just took a photo standing there.
Dommage que je n’aie pas de photo du printemps...je portais ce manteau avec un foulard par dessus! Pas parce que j’aime les fourlards...non...parce qu’il ne zippait pas jusqu’en haut! Je manquait d’air et le zip voulait exploser!! Sur la photo, on voit par contre où étaient les attachent...et elles tiraient!!😳 Pis...ça te tente tu de l’essayer ma plate forme??!! 😉 😍
