Initial I thought something was wrong with me. Even my 4 year old said y is mommy's belly so hard dad. I'm like I don't know what's wrong with me 🤪 I've had mushy lower stomachs for four years. You get used to that. My upper abdomoninal muscles have never been the problem. We all know it's that mom pouch...Anyways I'm glad to see progress but I know I can't get too too excited because I have to stay on the journey in order to make more progress...my grandmother died yesterday. And Jehovah has been keeping my heart calm and having certain ones check on me. So I appreciate those who reached out. And hope everyone can enjoy their day. The roads aren't good. For the first time in my adult life, I am finally comfortable in my own skin. I’m not where I want to be but I’m working hard to get there. I’m finally taking care of me and I feel amazing. I finally feel confident in my own beauty to wear makeup and to actually be seen as a woman, not just a mom. I deserve that, every woman deserves that!! Week 3 Day 1 of LIIFT4 ✅ After the first week, I weighed myself...big mistake. The scale said I’d gained a couple pounds. It was crazy frustrating! I’ve decided since then, no more weighing myself. I know that the number on the scale doesn’t define me, and guess what? It also doesn’t always show the progress that you feel. However, if you swipe right you’ll see the real numbers that prove I’ve been making progress. I’ve been keeping track, and do you know what these numbers tell me? That I am stronger than ever! Mentally and physically. That I’ve pushed myself more than ever before in my workouts and it’s paying off! Results don’t happen overnight, but if you can be patient, you’ll be so proud of what is to come. 💪💙

• Progress... • 👊🏼🏋🏼♀️💦 Last gym sesh of 2018 done. 🙌🏼 I still have a long way to go, for how I’d like my body to look (I’m hiding my non existent bottom abs) 😂 but I’ve tried really hard in the gym this year. I 100% know I can try harder though, so by summer 2019 by goal is to have the bottom abs I constantly dream of 💭🙄 maybe... 😂🤷🏼♀️ and to learn lots more new things both in the gym and out of it. I’m also gonna take up yoga and try and get bendy... 😄🤸🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️ I know I get on everyone’s nerves with my gym stuff in stories 🙈 but for once though I am proud of myself for actually sticking at something and enjoying it. .

2018 has been a HUGE year for me when it comes to fitness & personal growth. I was reading over my 2018 resolutions and although I didn’t reach every goal exactly I can honestly say I am on the right track and SO much closer to achieving them than I ever imagined!! This year I have completely changed my outlook on food & weight loss. I have fallen in love with weightlifting/the gym (all thanks to @gracefitguide
