Never underestimate simple exercises❤️. Is Pilates the “be all end all?” Absolutely not! It is a foundation, a beginning and an ongoing practice that enables our bodies to do everything else better and more efficiently. It is the teacher of muscles and the curiosity of movement. It brings freedom to the spine telling it “it’s ok, be free and move” transforming posture and with that true alignment & strength🙏
Some simple and challenging (arms overhead is a fun challenge) exercises that always make my clients laugh when they try them☺️. After all life can be stressful so why not play a little when we can🙏. I’ve experienced in both my careers the insecurities that managers can have. Often this insecurity creates a worse overall environment, a lose lose situation. Jai on the other hand is the exact opposite. She understands that you allow people to be good, to excel and to be powerful in their own right. This is why she is one of the most amazing women I have ever worked for and with. She gets it. She is not concerned about someone being better or insecure about her role, she knows that for everyone to do well that you allow people to excel in whatever they are good at. That’s where the magic is and I’m so thankful for that🙏❤️
