Most of the food bloggers gave review on Teriyaki platter. But I wanted to try some different. So this is Chicken Ala Crème Platter from SweetSin Coffees. The platter contains Japanese rice, Chicken Ala Crème, Sauted vegetables, mashed potatoes and salad.
The mashed potatoes were good but it lacked a bit of seasoning. The sauted vegetables were bit dull and they put lot of beans here. Salad was irrelevant as there were sauted vegetables. But the rice was yummy. It goes so well with the chicken. It wasn't much oily and properly spiced. Last but not the list the hero of the dish Creme Chicken. It was well cooked and juicy. One of the best creme Chicken I ever had. Overall it's a very good platter (except vegetables and salad) and yummy as well. .

Flashback Friday to two of my favorite meals.
Szechuan beef in which I incorporated Koss Sauce with sweet chili sauce to enhance sauce that I sauteed with marinated steak and peppers.
Reverse seared steak prepared in my @lodgecastiron . Onions sauteed in my sauce. Served with mac n cheese ,sauce made with a combo of cream cheese and cheddar.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL♥️♥️
A hard day of work calls for a great nourishing dinner
#chickensoup#recipe (4-6 people)
2 celeriac roots
3 russet potatoes
3 fillets of chicken breast, little less than a pound
Sea salt and black pepper
Peel the potatoes and celeriac roots and chop chunky cubes in 3 liters of water.
Add chopped carrots and boil until all vegetables cook softly but hold their shape. You do not want the potatoes to become mushy.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoons black pepper.
Add cubed chicken breast and let it cook for 10 more minutes.
In the meantime beat two eggs in a bowl and gradually add the juice of two lemons.
Take 3-4 tablespoons of the boiling stock and add to beaten egg-lemon mixture. Pour this lightly heated egg-lemon mixture over the boiling soup and stir quickly not to have any egg lumps.
Let the soup boil a minute or two, remove from heat and enjoy!
