Somedays I just absolutely don’t want to workout and I stop and I make myself and after I make myself I am more tired yes lol but so proud of myself for getting it in and not sitting on the couch! This is not fun and games for a lot of us. It’s dedication and hard hard work. Nothing about it is easy! I’ve heard it all.... I work out to much, not doing this right or that right, not enough cardio, not enough weights. Everyone that DON’T work out seems to have an opinion to give me and that’s ok. Do I think I work out to much? No! Is it anyone’s business if I do? No lol! That’s the best part. This is my choices and others make the choices they make. 🏋️♀️ 😮 WOW never did a shoulder weighted work out quite as intense as this one. Favorite move SIX WAYS. We did drop sets super sets and you didn’t need heavy weights believe me. I’m already feeling this and I know I’ll be feeling it tomorrow 😱.

Ok I don’t remember what day were on lol 8 or 9 but I do know it was leg day and getting ready to do the challenge move soon. Between this and work I’ve lost 4 pounds the last week while maintaining my muscle 🙂 other then stress headaches and a little tired from work and walking there is no way ever I’m giving up my workouts for myself! I might not have much of options to financially better myself but I do have the choices to better myself as far as physically and mentally. The one thing we can do that’s free and not many choose to do it. Walk, run, move! Bulk back was up first today with Sagi the beast. This workout is 29 minutes long and only focus on all those back muscles that most people forget in their workout routine.
