A great exercise to get some size in the traps. Be sure to keep your head in a neutral position and in line with the rest of your spine. Failure to do this can lead to injury.

Hey Everyone! Yes I am still alive! Haven’t posted in a while due to how busy the new job keeps me so I thought I’d update. Today I start my third @ryan_spiteri
