I was not motivated to run in the cold this morning. This is one of the tools I use to get myself out of my head and out the door...
. I get on my Ted Talks app and hit the ‘surprise me’ button. Then I hit ‘inspiring’ and 10 minutes. I like to hear a few different talks in a short amount of time. Every time I do this, I get a talk that fits exactly what I need in the moment. Law of attraction. Today, the first talk I listened to was about a man who was completely paralyzed, aside from the use of his eyes. It totally motivated me to get over myself and get dressed to run. I listened to a few more and then.....
. I switched to my Spotify app and played high energy music to get me pumped up. By the time I arrived at the trail, I was in the zone and ready to work. 👊🏼
