Hello Monday and goodbye vacation 😔 had to kick off my first day back to work with a run! I mentioned awhile back my intentions to run a full in spring but was still figuring out how to approach this big step. Thankfully I came across the awesome @therunningbutterfly_
who was offering support and training plans! Turns out we have very similar running journeys so I am feeling optimistic about taking on this challenge. I am going to do a pre training plan to help me get my body back into it as well as prepare me for when the real work begins! I am going to be switching from km's to miles which is going to take some getting used to. Also paying closer attention to my pace will be part of the plan. Very grateful to have a sense of direction from someone who has gone through the process! Have a wonderful Monday everyone! ☺ ✌️ 💗

🌱 Weekend de régénération 🌿
Cette semaine était la semaine dite de 'régénération' de mon programme. 📊
À mi-chemin il est prévu de ralentir un peu afin de bien laisser le corps assimiler les 4 premières semaines d'entraînement. 📆
C'est ainsi que j'ai profité de mon long week-end dans le sud pour y caler trois footings, sur terrains plats et sur terrains vallonnés. 🏞️
Ce matin c'était au lever du soleil, 1h15 à la fraîche, un dernier footing dans les ALPILLES avant de reprendre le chemin pour la capitale.🗼
