I find it relaxing to have a nice easy run through a beautiful setting like this mural. But then sometimes I find it relaxing to sleep late and not put on a sports bra. It’s confusing sometimes. How do you dial into what kind of relaxation you need?! Share any tips in the comments.

How tf do people wear sunscreen while running?? I had to do a midday run today, so I slathered it allllll over (since I had already deep fried myself yesterday- see legs for example), and I swear it quadrupled my sweating. My HANDS were dripping in sweat?? 🤣
2 easy as can be miles today @ 10:53, heart rate 145! 🙌🏼 This is the first Sunday I’ve done my recovery run instead of my long run because of schedule shuffling, and it was amazing to just get out and moving after yesterday’s long run. I walked about 2 miles, ran two easy miles, then walked 3/4 of a mile home. I absolutely needed it to flush out the lactic acid. I put my legs up the wall and stretched yesterday, but definitely still needed it.
