on Sunday. I love pacing and taking people on their journey to a pb, we had a great bunch around us, so pleased that they all did so well. These photos show how much I enjoyed myself, the more I pace the more I love it, it is addictive seeing people go through all of the emotions and being able to take the strain of the mental maths side of a race from them. Next up is the awesome @londonmarathon

the runner version of Free Solo. no harness. which did end up in a treadmill catapult at the end of the VO2 max test for me a couple weeks back.

Сегодня пробежка, удалась, правда ноги все замочил,, такая каша на набережной. И когда провалился в грязь ногой сматерился, пришлось отжиматься, попал на 20 отжиманий. После пробежки сразу не отанавливайтесь, продолжайте ещё двигаться, сделайте махи руками и всегда делайте растяжку, любые наклоны, махи ногами, в общем делайте заминку.

My long run on Sunday freaked me out a bit. My muscles cramped up real bad which is exactly what happened in my first marathon last year.
Considering I’m doing 3 marathons this year I’ve been a little concerned it’s going to happen again, and I’ve only got 3 weeks until my first one.
So a gentle morning shakeout to get the legs going and to sweat out some of those nerves. Time to trust the process!
When I was at school I was hyper sporty. I played basketball, netball, football, badminton and I swam. Then I hit college, and discovered PC gaming, and all sport instantly stopped. I went from being underweight (and having a dangerous relationship with food) to going in the opposite direction and gaining a huge amount of weight. At my heaviest I was 14st. Life was crap, my weight was bringing me down and I wasn't in a supportive relationship.
Fast forward 10 years and I am a completely different person. I've rediscovered my love of sport, in particular running. I actually can't remember the last time I turned my PC on. I've lost nearly 3 stone in the last 2 years and I am the happiest and most content I have ever been in a relationship. I absolutely credit my #transformationtuesday
without him I wouldn't have found running and I definitely wouldn't be as happy as I am 😍
We were talking about our teens and twenties in the office the other day and I've decided I wouldn't do either decade again. My thirties is definitely where it's at for me 👍🏻
