“If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you”
What’s your goal? And I’m not talking about your “maybe I’ll reach it someday but probably not” or the “this is obtainable in a week” goal. What is it that you want to do, that scares you to try, but you are willing to give it your all, regardless of if you fail? This is me chasing my big goal of completing a 5k in under 30 minutes. My current time sits at 30:55 and I know, without a doubt, that I will accomplish this goal, regardless of how many more times I try. Each time I come a little bit closer and every race I attempt to reach my goal and fall short is not a failed attempt. It’s a step in the direction of reaching my long time goal.
