Amazing!! Client Pip has had a major transformation over the last year. Her strength and overall fitness has improved dramatically and the results show 😁 _________________________ Pip - Hey Rob, I saw this photo from 12 months ago and I was so surprised at how much my body shape has changed. I know we do measuring and body testing and the numbers are always heading in the right direction but seeing this picture really showed me what has been achieved through training. This is my client Jacob, he's pretty awesome. He started training with me in December last year when he was 15 years old, 72kg and he had very sore knees.
