Congratulations to my client Mel Foster! Where do I start! She has just competed in the national Australian masters championship and came out with some incredible results! ____________________ Mel won gold, broke the championship record and equalled state record for her long jump (5.78m!) ____________________ She also won gold in the 60m and 100m Finally cracking the sub 13 for the 100 (12.95sec) she's been wanting that for a while! ____________________ Silver in the 200m with a time of 27.96 (beaten by a 10th of a second!!) Maybe longer than 8weeks to train for that one Mel πŸ˜‚ ____________________ Triple jump gold (11.65m) and pentathlon gold! ____________________ To top it off Mel also was awarded 2017 Australia Jump Athlete of the Year across all genders and age groups! ____________________ Such an impressive effort Mel!
