here has absolutely nailed his first 6 months training. He has gone from 144lbs too 168lbs...hit the epic 12 stone mark that we set out as our original goal.
Being involved in a gym is always mainly associated with weight loss and helping people lose weight.
But one huge battle is weight gain. Sounds silly to some people.
But coming from myself who had a huge problem with the idea of gaining weight, it is alot more of a mental battle than you think.
When Peter started he had no clue atall what to do in the gym, and his body was in desperate need of calories.
Now he does my online training, gets results week in week out. Full of confidence in and out the gym and fills out the t-shirts.
Now it will only be onwards and upwards from here.

Last day of keto was today and I am happy in how my body changed. I feel slimmer and I am ready for my holidays to start! Unfortunately the lighting was completely different due to the time of the day and the photo on the right is today. I didn’t start Keto to loose a massive amount of weight I did it to slim down and feel better in my tummy. I will definitely use keto again as I can’t believe how great I felt. I can’t wait to start building muscle after a week on holidays.
