Rest days would have been better if I were on the beach with my piña colada n fave snacks.. Well, someday I'll be there :)
But for now.. This room, this series and my dingdong nuts will be just fine.
Definitely not the funnest😒, but NECESSARY. I don’t workout 24/7, more like 4-6 days a week just depending on work, school and how my body is feeling. -
Ever since increasing calories I have been wanting to workout every damn day of the week.
