Here I am a year and a half ago, eager yet a bit timid about making the choice to start a small business. I love working with my hands & creating. I love not feeling attached to any one else’s terms, outcomes, or schedule but my own. I do not have the money or the security that a ‘real job’ provides. I have flexibility and uncertainty. But I’m honoring myself through this process... Here’s to continued dreaming & manifesting... 🌕
It is a strange and magical fact to be here, walking around in a body, to have a whole world within you and the world at your fingertips outside you.💫
It is an immense privilege, and it is incredible that humans manage to forget the miracle of being here. 💫
Rilke said, “Being here is so much.”💫
It is uncanny how social Reality can deaden and numb us so that the mystical wonder of our lives goes totally unnoticed. 💫
We are here. 💫
The more lonely side of being here is our separation in the world. 💫
When you live in a body you are separate from every other object and person. Many of our attempts to pray, to love and to create are secret attempts at transfiguring that separation in order to build bridges outward so that others can reach us and we can reach them. 💫
At death, this physical separation is broken. The soul is released from its particular and exclusive location in this body. 💫
The soul then comes in to a free and fluent universe of spiritual belonging. 💫

Short on words today. Got caught up in the garden and now heating up some nachos. Camping tomorrow though, hope to have reception and share some beauty from the spots we stop at.

☀️☀️☀️ I have realized this week how passionate I am about spreading awareness about how to help keep our beaches/oceans litter free. This started during my teen years after my beautiful sister @calisunshinesc
had a major injury from glass on the beach. It all starts with educating our children but ultimately by leading by example. Here are some more tips for keeping our beaches safe. ❤️🌊❤️🌊❤️
1) No glass please 🙏 This seems like a simple one but often overlooked. When is the last time you tried to find a piece of glass in sand? For me Monday and I unfortunately wasn’t able to find it all and sliced the tip of my finger. Ouch! .....Other options for my partying friends? 🍷🍷🍷boxed wine is all the rage now and lighter than a bottle... Or... Reusable options! - Check out one of the sponsors of this challenge @glassticbottle
- Purchase an insulated wine bottle and cups! I got one last year that keeps it cold for 24 hours or keeps red wine from getting warm. 🍻🍻🍻Beer?! Cans please! Again lighter and let’s be honest, there is plenty of delicious canned beer out there. In fact, head to a local brewery and they will can some fresh beer for you on the spot! .... 2) Just because there is a song about it doesn’t mean red solo cups are cool! Neither are blue, yellow, green, etc. You would not believe how many of these single use cups I picked up on Monday. 😢😢😢 What is cool? Reusable insulated cups that keep any beverage cool for much longer and bonus, they have lids! ☀️🌊☀️🌊☀️ Soooo who wants to come play on the beach with me this summer and practice these tips?! And throw down some cartwheels? Because what’s better than cartwheels on the beach?! 🤸♀️🤸🏼♀️🤸🏾♀️🤸🏿♀️🤸♀️ #packyourtrash #santacruz #ocean #beach #yoga #love #respectmothernature #besafe #havefun #teachyourchildren

I walk my Dogs every day, twice a day, down our country road. Its beautiful, serene, clean air and everything a country road should be! 🐾🤗🌾🛤 HOWEVER, some folks have decided that it's also a great place to toss there crap! 🤬👎😤 This was my collection this morning... and sadly I could have picked up even more if I hadn't run out of room in my bag!
Dear Litter Jerks,
I can tell by the crap you have so thoughtfully, and consciously, thrown out your window, that you treasure your well-being by consuming garbage food, drinks and s#!+.. And although you may think it is considerate that you are trying to share your garbage lifestyle with the rest of us, I think it would be best if you kept your garbage lifestyle in your own car, and home. Or better yet, try actually using a garbage can!
Wishing you well and that you get a clue soon!
Ms. Sick of picking up Crap xo

Lambs are taken away from their mothers and slaughtered before their first birthday.
To you, it may just be Easter dinner, but for them, it’s their life. And tradition is never an excuse for taking a life.
Leave animals off your plate this Easter.
WTF...Doesnt make any sense.

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thin you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while someway see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.” - Rob Siltanen

Hey guys. It's hard getting back into exercise after a break. I get it. I had a ham string injury about 5mths ago and went from 5 X a week intensive work out....... To nothing!!! So just a wee reminder don't make an injury turn into an excuse!! I have now modified my work out big time, and it feels so good to be lifting weights and getting my heart rate up again. Yippy to getting off my arse and doing it. Xx
Yesterday I was reading an old @nationalgeographic
, ‘Planet or Plastic’. There are some incredibly devastating facts within its pages. As I read them again and again, trying to let the astoundingly large numbers sink in, I found myself feeling small. Helpless.
I’ve always had hope that as a species we can turn our current economic status around. But in this moment, I lost sight of that. I cried. Openly. What are we doing? Don’t we want better for our Mother Earth? This is our home. Our only true home.
These thoughts were still reeling through my mind when I went to bed. What a way to end the day. Then this morning, after my yoga practice, I came across this quote, and it woke me up… “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” - Margaret Mead
Just like that, this quote got my head back in place. We can all be a part of this small group. Making conscious choices; as consumers demanding what we want to see more of and therefore less of. We have so much power, each and every one of us.
In case you’ve gotten to a place where you’ve forgotten that, like I did, I’m here to remind you. You can make a difference, in fact, you probably already are.
🇬🇧Few people respect the nature, everyone needs it. The nature give us what we need to survive: water, food, oxigen. We can have a lot of money, but without plants and animals, we could not eat. So what is your priority?
(Sorry for my English)
Some jetski action yesterday.. by far had to be the craziest ride I've done.. the water conditions were very rough.. swells of 4-6 feet 🌊🌀🚀 jumping some waves was fun as hell but sure comes with many consequences 👀🙄
Lost another gopro 📸🤦♂️camera after my ski landed hard jumping a 5 footer, the bracket snapped off and i couldn't find it in the water 😭😭 Oh well, that's part o' the game i guess 🤷♂️ guess I'll have to save up again to get another 🙄😱 #anclotekeyisland

Admire someone else's beauty without questioning your own 💙
God I love working with my sisters!! In my own business I would and still get stuck but having another two amazing women on the job with all our different skills is just great. Let alone the laughs alone the way. We are so excited about what we have created together and the feedback has been great. If you have been on one of our weekend retreats or day retreats comment below and let people know your experience. xx big love. Oh and if your ready to experience reconnect to yourself, well let us know and I will give you some more details. xx
Why is it so hard to own your own shit? To simply say, yup, that was me; I made a mistake.
I feel so often in situations that there’s an essence of always trying to one-up each other and therefore people want to avoid taking responsibility for their actions.
So that we seem more important?
So that we ‘look good’ compared to others around us?
What does that really look like?
What karmic residues are left behind from these behaviours?
I want to live in a world where we can make mistakes, and don’t have to be scared, or nervous, or embarrassed of the outcome when this is the case.
Hey human, it’s OK that you’re human.
- Parihaka -
It is a Maori community at the foot of Mount Taranaki. Between the 1870s and 1880s, it was a refuge for the Maori of the entire North Island as well as a center of peaceful resistance against the English occupation. However, the army imprison the men of Parihaka, rape women, children and appropriate the land.
Nearly 150 years later, Parihaka still exists rebuilds and continues to live the traditions of their ancestors. This space is a place of transmition of this history, culture as well as values of non-violence, of forgiveness, of respect for nature... 🌿
I took this video during a protestation. We protested against the hydraulic fracturing project under Mount Taranaki. For the Maori the mountain is an ancestor, they calls it "Koro" which means grandfather.
This man performs a haka ritual dance symbol of a cultural identity with deep and powerful roots despite attempts to destroy them..The sap continues to nourish present and future generations.
Parihaka, is also a place of healing...
There is no difference between You and a Worm. 🐛 There is no difference between You and a Wolf. 🐺 There is no difference between You and an Eagle. 🦅 There is no difference between You and an Elephant. 🐘 There is no difference between You and a Bat. 🦇 There is no difference between You and a Flower. 🌺 There is no difference between any Human Being and any Animal, no matter how big or small, because it is the same Universal Spirit that flows through each Living Creature on the Planet, including plants 🌱 We are all interconnected by the Spirit of Life. 🖤 The only difference is that we, human beings, have been brought up to believe that we are Superior yet we are Nothing on our own. There is a perfect balance, an ubiquitous symphony of harmony that flows from the tiniest, weakest creatures that are part of the same ecosystem as we are, to the biggest, strongest ones. 🙌🏻 This relationship is what makes us Divine and not merely Mortals who come and go without ever leaving a trace. You are already creating your legacy by all the small choices you make every day. 🙏🏻 However small, these choices have a profound impact on an Universal level. Remember the Butterfly Effect? 🦋Something as fragile as the flapping of a butterfly's wings in New Mexico can cause a hurricane to happen in China if the flapping is done at the right point in space and time. The connection is real but we have started to forget about our True Powers. 💔 The only difference between you and an oak tree is that the oak tree manifests its energy in correspondence with the Flow of the Living Nature, and so does the tiny caterpillar climbing the oak tree, knowing that the Tree will shelter her on the journey to becoming a butterfly. ✨ #manifestingmyreality #tunein #higherfrequency #awakening #respectmothernature #highvibes #higherself
Half way there already.
I don’t know that I could have predicted I would enjoy this journey so much. I feel that I’ve learned and progressed so much quicker than I would have without it.
This is were I will be hanging in a couple of weeks. Come join me. XXX
