This is a post I have been wanting to make for a while, but with all the absolute vile hate I have seen coming from vegans towards those who are no longer vegan, it might be obvious as to why I have been hesitant. If you have been following me for a long time then there is a possibility that you did so because I was vegan and promoted a plant-based diet (which I still do, btw). So I will just come out and say it. I AM NO LONGER A VEGAN.
This post is going to be long and will likely have to continue in the comments section so bear with me or feel free to move along (but please do not comment unless you read the whole post). I stopped eating meat in August 2008, so over a decade ago. I became vegan in early 2011, so 8 years ago. To be honest, it was not an ethical decision in the beginning, it was for health reasons (I have talked a lot about my poor health in my early 20s and how I cured it with a plant-based diet), but eventually I felt passionate about the ethics of veganism, too.
Fast forward to after I gave birth to my son iAs a breastfeeding mom, I got down to 97lbs by the time he was a year old, despite the fact that I was eating all day long. That isn't an exaggeration, I was eating constantly. When I was pregnant I was "raw til 4," meaning I ate fruit all day until the evening when I had a cooked meal and a salad. I tried to do the same once he was born but I was so ravenous than I turned to dense foods like avocado, tofu, beans, bread, potatoes, rice, etc. Still eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables along with those other things as well.
In March 2016 I started waking up in the middle of the night with terror attacks. I don't even call them panic attacks because the feeling is that of sheer terror. At one point I was scared I would go psychotic and hurt myself. I didn't want to hurt myself but I felt out of control of my body and was scared I would. From March to 2016 to December 2018/January 2019, I woke up this way almost every single night. As someone who believes there to be a root cause to everything (be it physical, emotional, spiritual) and does not do medication...(continue in comments 👇🏼)
STeak is nature’s multivitamin. I say that often. Find out why I threw out all of my vitamins and minerals and switched to steak and @realsaltketo.
I lost weight, got stronger, lowered anxiety, and i feel like a billion bucks. Remember that most of the “vitamins” you take will just make your pee yellow. When you absorb the nutrients from meat, you don’t pee yellow because we actually absorb and use those. Stop pissing your life vitamins away. Because it’s bloody... ❤️ .
I love rare chuck roasts, they’re still chewy and eating them is a workout... It’s a meal and facial structure exercising at the same time.
We evolved eating super fatty meat that we had to chew, rip apart and chomp on. This is how our faces formed and developed the striking jawline.
If you look around today, you might notice many people don’t exert that chizzled jawline. .
Generally thought to a genetic feature, scientists and some average people have proven that you can change the shape of your face. .
This is called “mewing”. .
It’s basically a combination of:
•Eating foods that promote lots of chewing, like tough and fatty meat, not like mashed potatoes, bread, soft fruits and veggies... •Breathing through the nose- all day and all night! •Resting your tounge on the top of your mouth and biting down with your teeth together. .
There are a ton of videos on YouTube about it, but honestly this is the best one: “Attractive Face or Not? It Depends on Tongue Posture”
Check it out! .
And remember: Eat meat and make families of healthy, intelligent, strong, and beautiful people (@primaledgehealth
