I have to constantly remind myself what I just went through with a pregnancy and the birth if my beautiful baby girl. Sometimes I am way to critical of myself and that's something I'm working on. I'm also working on accepting everything as it comes and appreciating every aspect of my life, my body, my fitness, and my diet. I'm not perfect and it's sometimes hard for me to not strive for perfection in everything in my life. Especially with a new baby, I'm starting to just take life as it comes and accept that things aren't going to change right this second, and that's completely okay. I'll get back to the fitness level that I want, in time. I don't have to be in a hurry. I'm going to treasure this time I have with my daughter and love the body that created her and is keeping her well nourished. In time, everything will fall into place as it should.
