My current morning skincare routine. So far.. this is working for my dry-hormonal acne combo skin. I'm still having breakouts.. but that's from my own doing lah.. not cutting out sugar and dairy enough.
My favourite item is the #cicapairrange
of course. Especially the #recover
cream! My life saver!! It soothes my skin, cancels out the redness from my acne.. evens out my skin... magic lah!! Cleanser is not included because... I'm a #skincarejunkie
as well as a #makeupjunkie
... I have different cleansers for home toilet #1

, office, travel bag, parent's house... you get the gist. But everything I try/ have used is for dry skin.
I can across a YT video that says we should wash our at least 60 secs so that the cleanser can work its claims. So that's what I'm doing now.

There was a time where I took advantage of being a victim. Merely was I unintentionally forced into such a state of mind. Consciously I have not been aware of the powerful threats. This state of mind seemed so easy throughout certain life-sections but it was subconsciously the most stressful period of my time. Wishful thinking was a supportive nurture, which, did blur the negativity surrounding me. Opinions of negativity seen as positivity and positive opportunities seen as negative outcomes. This happens, when you turn into someone else instead of being yourself. Democratic voters against the pure innocent nature has been intentionally triggered into a behavioral pattern, my character was able rejecting after almost 11 years of sacrificing the true me. Having a weak mind, will not stand a chance against pressuring impulses. I did let go of my strong mind related to past traumatic events. During that time, being someone I clearly was not, made me live dangerously. My soul was bleeding for more, my soul was bleeding for hope, my soul was bleeding for balance and my soul was bleeding for love. I did deny what was holding me back in all those past scenarios. Assuming was thinking and thoughts have been knowledge. I’ve been shaped into a shadow, for others to steal and shine in my light. No interest about the true individual but the value was based on taking advantage of the right intentions. To be honest, I did not know what I had back then until I found it.

⚔️ When I think of calmness a story of Japan comes to my mind. Where there was a tea master who was forced to act like a skilled samurai so that his master (Lord Yamanouchi) can show off. So one day, he was challenged by a samurai for a sword fight, he first tried to explain. When samurai forced him, he put off the fight for a day.
He went to the nearest fencing school, told the story and telling him he want to die bravely instead of cowardly. The master said make a tea for me. Watching tea master's calm behaviour, forgetting about the danger, doing the rituals. The master said. It's enough your calm behaviour is enough to face any swordman. He said just act like you're about to do a thing you master the most.
🤺 On the day for the fight, he did as the teacher asked him to do. Watching his calm behaviour, samurai can't control his over imaginations and end up bowing down and running away thinking that his really skilled and will kick his ass hard.
⚽ Well, one football related example can be of the great CRISTIANO RONALDO playing the first world cup group stage match against spain. A few last minutes, score 2-3 Spain , Ronaldo gets a free kick. Scored Amazingly and tremendously against Spain making it a draw.

I have recently been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. I feel overwhelmed with this, but I am thankful for the opportunity to discover what’s going on in my mind. I am trying to view this diagnosis as a gift - a blue print for how to take care of myself. I have had a major change in my medications - the addition of Lithium - and so far it has been successful. After years of not responding to medications, I can’t tell you how good this feels. For me, taking Lithium hasn’t been a magic cure - in fact it hasn’t increased my happiness at all. But over the past few weeks the frequency of my suicidal thoughts/ideations have dropped dramatically. I don’t feel so unstable anymore. I see hope in the future. I think that’s a pretty good start. 💫 #bipolar #mentalhealth

😳 My grandfather asked me to go with him get ice cream and so I did! Proud of myself tho!

😒 Whe' I got home i was so ashamed bevause I was still hungry after all i ate! But my mom told me it was okay to eat !

haven’t felt all that bad these past few days & that’s really damn refreshing but i have a hunch that’s gonna go down the drain this week. tech week type practices start for my school musical’s stage crew this week and i love it so much but that amount of social interaction back to back rlly tends to eventually drain me :/// not to mention that i get to be around a really massive crush of mine like, nonstop, for the next two weeks, as if he doesn’t stress me out + make me feel crazy insecure enough on a daily basis eek.
but who knows.
maybe this year will be different and i’ll get through these next two weeks easier than i ever have. maybe i’ll build up the confidence to stand within five feet of him without immediately running in the opposite direction. maybe i won’t cry ten or fifteen times within fourteen days bc of my overwhelming social anxiety !! or maybe i won’t and i should really stop doing stage crew sjskskskj
anyways. aside from all my issues.
