Te paso la receta: 👩🏻‍🍳 (Yo ya tenía hecho el arroz🍚 , en caso de que no tengas hecho poner al mismo tiempo que el pollo). . 1️⃣ Poner pechuga de pollo a hervir en agua hasta que este cocido el pollo, sacar y desmenuzar 2️⃣Partir 1 🥑 en cuadritos y agregarlo al pollo ➡️ con un tenedor aplastarlo y revolver con 🍗 3️⃣ Agregar sal rosada, pimienta, ajo en polvo, paprika y un poco de limón. 4️⃣Colocar en un recipiente arroz (yo use jazmin integral) el pollo con el 🥑, voltear en un plato para que quede la torre . . Topping: cilantro picado y 1 cucharada de A1 (puedes agregar srirasha). Yo acompañe con espárragos y brócoli 🥦 pero lo puedes sustituir por tu verdura favorita. . GREAT BIG DARK CHOCOLATE CHIP TRUFFLE COOKIES INGREDIENTS: 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup butter, room temperature 3/4 cup light brown sugar 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups dark chocolate morsels 12 70% Extra Dark Truffles Sea salt DIRECTIONS: Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and set aside. Cream butter and both sugars in a stand mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing one at a time until combined. Add in vanilla and mix until combined. Slowly add flour mixture until just combined. Stir in 2/3 of the morsels and then divide cookie dough on wax paper into 12 equal mounds. Flatten each mound slighty in your hand, place a truffle inside and wrap dough around sealing the edges together into a ball. Place cookie dough balls one of the parchment paper covered baking sheets and then use remaining morsels to stud the tops. Sprinkle the cookie dough balls with sea salt and chill for about 20 minutes before baking. Bake 4-6 cookies at a time on the second prepared baking sheet so they don’t bake into each other. Bake for 12-16 minutes and repeat with remaining cookie dough balls. Note: These cookies also spread less on dark coated baking sheets. Masa escaldada o masa Choux en su versión #Karlysaludable “Repollitos”/ profiteroles/ eclair Ingredientes -250 cc agua -80 grs de aceite de coco o canola -5 grs de azúcar de caña -pizca de sal -200 grs harina de avena -2 huevos o (versión vegana 4 cucharadas de harina de linaza activada con agua ) Procedimiento - En una olla verter el agua con el aceite sal y azúcar, llevarla a fuego medio hasta punto de hervor - En ese momento agregar la harina de golpe, previamente cernida y se escalda (cocinar en olla ) revolviéndola hasta que se forme una masa, una vez despegándose de las paredes de la olla ya está lista. - Se retira de la olla y se dispone sobre la mesa, y se debe estirar para enfriarla. - Luego se coloca la masa en un bowl y se agregan los huevos uno por uno hasta que se forme una masa pastosa, incorporar con una cuchara de palo de manera bien enérgica (así mismo con la linaza activada en caso de no utilizar huevos) - Luego en una manga pastelera con boquilla lisa o rizada sobre la lata del horno se van disponiendo en forma de rosetón, si no tienes manga, puede ser con una cuchara pequeña vas sacando masa y dispones como queden bien rústicos. - Terminar de cocinar en el horno a 200 grados de 10 a 20 minutos - Cuando estén dorados los retiras y debe quedar la masa ahuecada, puedes rellenar con dulce o salado. . . . Pasta lovers rejoice! This easy Sausage Rigatoni recipe is great to prepare for busy nights throughout the week. Pair it with a classic wedge salad and dinner rolls. You won't be disappointed. Ingredients 1 small zucchini, sliced 1 small yellow squash, sliced 2 plum tomatoes, sliced 1 Tbsp fresh basil, coarsely chopped 1 cup Mild Italian Sausage or Chicken Apple Sausage (2-3links) 1 cup rigatoni pasta 1 cup diced yellow onions 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided in half 1 Tsp vegetable seasoning 1½ cups Tomato Sauce 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese Instructions 1. Bring water to a boil. Once water is at a heated boil, add in pasta, and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Slice zucchini, squash and cut tomatoes into 1-inch pieces. Chop basil and set aside. 2. Slice sausage into small bite-size pieces. Combine zucchini, squash, onions, 1 Tbsp olive oil, and vegetable seasoning; set aside. Preheat large saute pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place remaining 1 tablespoon oil in pan, then add sausage; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until no pink remains. Remove Sausage from pan. 3. Add vegetable mixture to same pan; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften and brown. Reduce heat to low; stir in tomatoes, pasta, sausage, and pasta sauce, then cover; simmer 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Makes 3-4 servings. ЯБЛОЧНЫЙ ПИРОГ⠀ Когда яблок много, а шарлотка уже не вставляет — это отличное решение!⠀ #inga_tasty ⠀⠀⠀ 🅘🅝🅖🅡🅔🅓🅘🅔🅝🅣⠀⠀⠀⠀ яйцо — 1 шт.⠀ сметана — 200гр.⠀ сливочное масло — 200гр.⠀ сахар — 0.5 ст. (у меня тростниковый)⠀ соль — 0.5 ч.л.⠀ мука — 3 ст.⠀ яблоки — 8 шт.⠀ сок половинки лимона⠀ сахар+корица — по вкусу⠀ #inga_tasty ⠀⠀⠀ 🅡🅔🅒🅘🅟🅔🅢⠀ 🥧взбиваем яйца с сахаром до пены⠀ 🥧добавляем сметану и соль, продолжаем взбивать⠀ 🥧добавляем холодное масло кусочками и хорошо разминаем вилкой (я всё делаю в миксере, насадка весло)⠀ 🥧постепенно всыпаем муку и замешиваем тесто (насадка крюк)⠀ 🥧формируем шар из теста, заворачиваем в плёнку и отправляем в холодильник на часок⠀ 🥧чистим и нарезаем яблоки тонкими ломтиками, выдавливаем в них лимонный сок, добавляем сахар (у меня три ложки) смешанный с корицей и всё хорошенько перемешиваем⠀ 🥧отщепляем от теста 1/3 часть (я делаю это с помощью весов), остальное раскатываем в круг не тоньше 5 мм⠀ 🥧выкладываем на круг яблоки и разравниваем по форме⠀ 🥧остаток тесто тоже катаем в круг и нарезаем на полоски⠀ 🥧из полосок формируем решетку и закрепляем края⠀ 🥧взбиваем желток с молоком — смазываем пирог⠀ 🥧выпекаем при температуре 200°С —40-50мин. ⠀ Ждём, когда пирог красиво подрумянится😊!⠀ Приятного аппетита!
3 Ingredient Homemade KIND Coconut Almond Bar Recipe INGREDIENTS 1 cup unsalted almonds 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes ¼ teaspoon salt (optional) ¼ cup pure maple syrup INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Add almonds, coconut and salt (if using) to a large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Pour maple syrup over this mixture. Fold until well incorporated. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking pan. Using a rubber spatula, press down on mixture and smooth into a tightly-packed, even layer. Bake for 28-38 minutes (mine took 33 mins). Bars must bake thoroughly, or they won’t hold together when cooled. Allow to cool for 1 hour (or until completely cooled), in the pan on a cooling rack. Pinching opposite ends of the parchment paper lining, lift bars out of pan. Gently peel parchment paper off the bottom of the bars. Slice into 12 bars (6 rows by 2 columns). Enjoy! Wild blueberries contain dozens of undiscovered antioxidants, including anthocyanin varieties. There’s not just one pigment inside a wild blueberry; there are dozens of pigments not yet researched or studied. The wild blueberry is to the liver as mother’s milk is to a baby. Not only do wild blueberries have the ability to grab on to plenty of troublemakers, they also hold on to them as they leave the liver, in a way that most other healing foods cannot. The pigments in wild blueberries have the ability to saturate deep into liver cells and cross cell walls and membranes inside the liver, spreading their blue everywhere. Tonight’s dinner was a meal I have been wanting to make for a while. Delicious chicken satay skewers with a sunflower butter dipping sauce!! Super yummy!!! My kids are obsessed with @sunbutter which has allowed them to enjoy any treats that are typically made with peanut butter (they have severe peanut / tree nut allergies). So I thought this would be the perfect dish to introduce them to a savory sunflower butter flavor 😊the sauce comes together super quickly by simply simmering in a saucepan 2 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of sunbutter, 3tbsp honey, 3tbsp tamari (gluten free soy sauce), 4tsp sriracha (or to taste), 1inch nob of ginger grated and the juice of 2 limes. Once the sauce thickens (about 10mins) is done!!!! Torta de chocolate 😍😍😍🍫 Encarga tu budinera por privado ♥️ Tiempo aproximado: 15 a 20' Porciones: 10 Productos a utilizar: Savarín Essen Cerámico 18 cm y  Cacerola con mango 18 cm INGREDIENTES: 1 huevo / 100 g de azúcar / 2 Cdas. de aceite de oliva extra virgen Essen / 1 cdta. de esencia de vainilla / 200 g de harina leudante tamizada / 1 cda. colmada de cacao amargo / 100 c.c. de agua hirviendo. SALSA: 2 cdas. de azúcar impalpable / 1 cda. colmada de cacao amargo / 2 cdas. de agua caliente / 2 cdas. de aceite de oliva Essen PREPARACIÓN: Batimos el huevo con el azúcar. Añadimos el aceite y la esencia de vainilla. Agregamos la harina tamizada, mezclada con el cacao y agregamos el agua hirviendo. Mezclamos hasta lograr una preparación homogénea. Vertemos la mezcla en el Savarin enmantecado. Introducimos en la Cacerola precalentada (5’ a fuego fuerte), tapamos y cocinamos a fuego medio hasta finalizar la cocción. Retiramos el Savarin de la Cacerola y desmoldamos. Dejamos enfriar. Colocamos en bowl el azúcar impalpable y el cacao. Agregamos el agua caliente y mezclamos hasta lograr una crema homogénea. Mini Meat Loaves 😋 One of my husband’s favorites ( I say that with almost every recipe but he literally made the “mmmm” noise so I say that’s a win!) recipe below 👇 . . ▪️1lb lean ground meat (I used turkey) ▪️1 large egg beaten ▪️1/2c shredded cheese (I use cheddar) ▪️1/2c bread crumbs ▪️3Tbsp grated red onion ▪️2tsp grated garlic ▪️1/2c nosalt added ketchup ▪️3/4 tsp salt ▪️2 Tbsp coarsely chopped parsley ▪️2 tsp fresh lemon juice . . Preheat oven to 425°. Combine ground meat, egg, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, 1/3c ketchup and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl and stir gently. Shape into 4 loaves (about 1-2 inches thick). Place loaves on rimmed baking sheet and place in oven 25-30 minutes until fully cooked through. Brush loaves with remaining ketchup and sprinkle on parsley and lemon juice. . I served with a side of cauliflower seasoned with salt, paprika, lemon juice, and parsley. Enjoy! 🤗
