What's in it?
1/4 cup tamari, 2 tbsps maple syrup, 8oz potato noodles, 3 red onions sliced, 1/2 bulb minced garlic, 6 dried shitake mushrooms soaked and sliced, 2 scallion stalks chopped, 2 tsps sesame oil, 1 tsp or more of sesame seeds, 1 small head og broccoli, 1 small head of cauliflower, 1/2 cabbage, 2 stalks celery, seaweeds
1.) cook the potato noodles in boiling water for five minutes. Transfer to a strainer and run cold water over it. Then cut the noodles with scissors (just the right length)
2.) in a huge pan, saute onion, garlic followed by the mushrooms.
3.) add in the cauliflower, followed by the broccoli, celery, and the cabbage. (season with salt and pepper, and the sesame oil)
4.) mix the maple syrup and tamari and stir it in with the veggies
5.) add in the noodles and sesame seeds and scallions :) 6.) adjust seasonings to taste :) 7.) top with seaweeds :) You can also add in carrots, tofu, and spinach if you like :)
