Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta and return to the pot to stay warm. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook for 5-7 minutes or until fragrant and they soften. Add the garlic, and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add the spinach and cook for 1 minute, or until is slightly wilts. Add the hummus, about ½ cup of the pasta cooking water, the lemon juice and lemon zest, and stir until a creamy sauce forms. Add more pasta water to thin the sauce a little at time, as desired. Transfer the cooked pasta to the skillet, add the basil and crushed red pepper. нєαℓтну ѕиα¢кѕ . Hola! 👋🏼Aquí les paso la receta de las chips de camote, una mucho mejor versión que las papas comerciales compradas en el mercado. Es muy sencillo hacerlas y son ideales para snacks saludables! . . . 🍠Ingredientes: Camote Aceite de Oliva Paprika (opcional) Sal y pimienta . . . 🥣Procedimiento: 1. Prende el horno a 375 Farenheit.  2. En una mandolina o con el disco de un procesador corta el camote en forma de Chips (a mi me gustan delgadas ya que quedan más crispy) 3. En un bowl agrega el camote con un poco de aceite de oliva y mezcla hasta que todas las chips tengan algo de aceite.  4. Colócalas en una charola con papel encerado una por una y al final sazona con sal, pimienta y paprika! Hornealas por media hora aproximadamente. . . . ✅Tips Rebana el camote justo antes de hacer la receta para que no se ponga negro. . A los 15 minutos de estar en el horno voltea las papas hacia abajo. . A comfort food inspiration for you. On a frosty winter day we all need a bit of warmth. Thus, today I would propose this very delicious and quite healthy gratin. I have prepared mashed potato with addition of some butter and 1 egg (both are optional), fried onions and mushrooms for about 10 minutes, and made 3 layers of gratin: potato, mushrooms, potato. Para hacerle he utilizado : 40gr de harina de avena integral, una pizca de levadura, 100gr de claras, chorrito de leche, canela, estevia al gusto y he añadido un plátano troceado. Сформировать небольшие шайбочки. Обвалять в муке кукурузной и рисовой, в кокосовой стружке и жарить на кокосовом масле до золотистого цвета. Plumcake al mascarpone e caffè .....per il dopo cena di ieri, ho aggiunto la panna montata, dei chicchi di caffè ricoperti di cioccolato e la granella di pistacchi....per la colazione l’ho accompagnato al caffe’ India di @amore_di_caffe che ho usato anche nel dolce. Come quasi tutti i miei dolci , è di semplice esecuzione, senza lattosio, in questo caso, anziché il burro ho usato l’olio....nulla vieta ad usare il burro per chi lo preferisce, oppure a guarirlo con la frutta fresca. .....buona giornata a tutti😘☕️☕️ Ricetta: in una ciotola o nell’impastatrice versare 100 gr di zucchero e 60 gr di zucchero di canna, la vaniglia e la scorza di agrumi. Aggiungere 250 gr di mascarpone senza lattosio, 80 gr di olio ( o 100 gr di burro), 350 gr di farina, 50 gr di fecola, 50 gr di latte senza lattosio, una tazzina di caffè , 3 uova (impastare uno alla volta), una bustina di lievito. Bahan nasi: 4 centong nasi putih pulen 2 lembar daun salam 2 lembar daun jeruk 1 batang serai, memarkan Bahan isian: 300 gr daging ayam, rebus dan cincang/suwir 2 batang daun bawang, potong-potong 1 genggam kemangi 1 buah tomat hijau, iris tipis garam, gula dan merica secukupnya Bumbu halus: 1 cm kunyit 1 cm jahe 1 cm lengkuas 3 butir kemiri 4 siung bawang putih 3 siung bawang merah 5 buah cabai rawit/secukupnya Bahan pelengkap: Tambahan: daun pisang secukupnya lidi untuk menyemat Cara membuat: 1. Menanak nasi dengan bumbu hingga matang dan sedap. 2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan daun salam, jeruk dan serai. Tumis hingga sedap dan matang. 3. Home Cooking - Lunch: Pineapple Ginger Soy Glazed Pork, Mashed Sweet Potato with Garlic Confit, Korean Sesame Spinach Salad (Sigeumchi-namul), Korean Spicy Cucumber (Oi Muchim) . RECIPE Sesame Spinach Salad 2 Handfuls of Spinach (blanched for 30 seconds and squeeze dry) 1 Cloves of Garlic (finely chopped) 1 t Soy Sauce 1 t Sesame Oil 2 t Sesame Seeds (toasted) 3 Leaves of Green Onion (chopped) . Mix all the ingredients together. Spicy Cucumber Strips 1/2 Cucumber 1/2 t salt 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped) 1 t Rice Vinegar 1 t Sesame Oil 1 t Korean Red Chili Flakes 1/2 t sugar . Slice cucumber thin lengthwise with peeler. Cut the thinly sliced cucumber in half lengthwise strips discarding seeds. Salt cucumber strips and leave for 10 minutes. Discard all liquid from salted cucumber. Mix the rest of the other ingredients and mix in the cucumber strips. Roll cucumber strips for plating. . Mashed sweet potato 4-6 Cloves of Garlic (whole clove peeled) 1/2-1 C Olive Oil 200 g. Sweet Potato (cooked and peeled) 1 T Butter (melted) 1-2 T Milk Salt and pepper to taste . In a small pot over low heat, cover garlic with olive oil and cover with lid. Cook till turn light golden brown and soft. Remove and mash the garlic. Mash cooked sweet potato. Mix mashed garlic and potato together with melted butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. . Pineapple Ginger Soy Galzed Pork 150-250 g Pork Loin 1/2 t Ginger (finely grated) 1/2 t Garlic (finely grated) 3 T Soy Sauce 3 T Pineapple Juice 2 T Honey 1/4 C Water 1/2 t Cornstarch (mixed with 1 t water) . Mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice together and set aside. Salt and pepper pork loin and cook in a pan with a little oil over medium-high heat to sear all side of the pork. Lower the heat to cook the pork further for a few minutes. When it’s almost done, pour 2-3 T of liquid mixture in the pan to glazed the pork. When liquid is reduced to almost dry, remove the pork and set aside. Pour the rest of liquid mixture and 1/4 C of water in the pan and bring to boil. Add Cornstarch slurry and stir till thickened to desirable consistency. Strain the sauce through fine strainer.

Grease three 9-inch round cake pans. Whisk the dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Divide evenly between the three cake pans. Bake for 35 minutes or until the cakes are set. Let the cakes cool for a while. Frosting: Cream the ingredients (except chocolate chips) until smooth. Assembly: Cut two 9-inch round circles from cardboard. Cover with foil. Spread just a little bit of frosting on one of the cardboards and stick the first cake on it (this helps it hold). Stack the cakes up, frosting between each layer, around the outside, and on top. Chill for 30 minutes. Chocolate Chipping: Spread the chocolate chips in a wide jelly roll pan. Place the other cardboard on top of the chilled cake. Homemade barbequed beef burger using topside mince and a beef snag in natural skin both from @denchfamilybutchers on a slice of wholemeal from @bakersdelight. Served with three sauces; tomato, mustard & relish, with a salad garnish of ripe tomato, cucumber, peas and herbs from the garden. . The burger was just 500g mince, one egg, one slice of bread made into breadcrumbs, 2-3tablespoons of ketchup (a good squirt) Salt /pepper. 😍😍😍Ragoût de carottes/pommes de terre/poireaux/haricots cornille.😍😍😍 1 oignon 3 gousses d'ail 1 cs d'huile 3 pommes de terre 3 carottes 2 poireaux (la partie verte) 3 cs de sauce soja Curry, curcuma, gingembre, piment 1 boîte de tomates concassées (400 g) 1 boîte de lait de coco Haricots cornille réhydratés et cuits (quantité au pif) Faire revenir l'oignon et les gousses d'ail coupés finement dans l'huile. Ajouter le curry, curcuma, gingembre et piment et continuer la cuisson 2 mn. Ajouter les pommes de terres, les carottes, les poireaux coupée en morceaux et un verre d'eau. Couvrir et laisser cuire 15  mn. Ajouter la boîte de tomates concassées,  le lait de coco, les haricots cornille, et continuer la cuisson jusqu'à ce que les légumes soient cuits. Турецкие манты. Тесто Почти как на манты/пельмени Мука Вода Яйцо Оливковое или раст.масло Соль Начинка мясной фарш,лук,петрушка,соль,немного холодной воды. Лук и петрушку желательно измельчить блендером. Тесто раскатать примерно как на пельмени,нарезать на маленькие кубики ,мне удобно ножом,можно роликом. Кубики должны быть 1/1 1,5/1,5 см;) можно нарезать на чуть больше.Разложить мясной фарш и начинаем лепить😅...если есть дочки или сестры,отлично! Я думала их еще заморожу,но когда начала лепить быстро отпало такое желание:)))) Но очень вкусно. Варить 4-6 минут,в зависимости от размера. Подавать с соусами. ✔️Соус 1: Натуральный йогурт или сметана Чеснок Соль Выдавить чеснок при помощи чеснокодавки,смешать с йогуртом,соль по вкусу. Чеснок тоже по вкусу. ✔️соус 2: Растопить кусочек сливочного масла,насыпать молотый красный сладкий перец,пожарить 30 секунд. Готово. ✔️соус 3: Томатную пасту смешать с растительным маслом,посолить и довести до кипения. 🤚🏼никогда не готовила и не готовлю для себя и своей семьи в перчатках. RAGU’ ALLA BIRRA SCURA Questa ricetta è nata per caso. Non avevo indicazioni davanti e volevo creare qualcosa in stile “americanata”. Nel corso del tempo, ho sfoltito gli ingredienti correggendo la ricetta e le tempistiche di cottura per arrivare a questo risultato. Quando faccio questo ragù, devo sempre tener conto della schiscetta da distribuire a parenti e ad amici. INGREDIENTI 2 Cipolle 500g Carne trita mista 350g Passata di pomodoro 200g Brodo vegetale 2 cucchiaini Paprika dolce ½ cucchiaino Noce Moscata 66 cl Birra Scura q.b. Pepe q.b. Sale Fino q.b. Olio EVO PROCEDIMENTO Soffriggete la cipolla tritata, successivamente aggiungete la carne trita e fatela rosolare. Aggiungete le spezie, il sale, la birra scura e lasciate cuocere per 1 ora a fuoco basso. Unite la passata di pomodoro, il brodo.
