Mindful Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training makes yoga accessible to women in their childbearing years, by creating teachers that are consciously connected and educated on the pregnancy journey to motherhood.
MPYTT Intensive will teach yoga teachers and birthing professionals holistic tools and techniques that will assist mamas-to-be in their journey.
Training is open to all health professionals, childbirth educators, doulas, mamas-to-be and yoga teachers interested in offering a complimentary, mind-body approach to pregnancy, birth and parenting.
MPYTT Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training starts October 10-18th.
Registrations closes September 8th.

After being invited out to watch a live Greek band only to decide not to bother when our lift turned up because we were having too much fun spending time together on the porch, me and my auntie decided to spend the night having drinks and a sing-song whilst she played her guitar 🎸 🎵👯♀️
I am not, nor do I claim to be, try to be, or want to be a singer 🤷🏻♀️
But music is definitely as good for the soul as exercise is and I’m loving being here and feeling able to be the most real and honest version of myself 🙌🏼
Every year I come to this beautiful house on a beautiful mountainside in a tiny beautiful Greek village with not a single other tourist 💛
Every year things in life change, but the house, the porch, the mountain and the village stay the same - it is the perfect place to reflect on the year and I come home feeling recharged, rejuvenated and refreshed with a new zest for life 💕
It truly is one of the most special places on this planet to me and I will continue to come here for as long as this house remains in my family 🏠⛰

So a pretty scary thing happened to me this week. My chest felt really tight all weekend but I assumed that the change in weather was causing my asthma to play up and I thought nothing of it. Then on Monday, whilst having a fairly chilled morning at work, my chest began to hurt every time I tried to breathe and my hands and feet started going numb. I eventually started to hyperventilate and go into a severe anxiety attack. I somehow ended up lying on the floor with colleagues and a couple of paramedics around me and was eventually taken to hospital. I’m still not sure what caused the attack and I am waiting to see a specialist, but this has definitely been a wake up call. For the last year things have been pretty stressful in various areas of my life and, as always, I’ve been putting on a smile and acting like everything is okay. It’s easier that way. If I don’t have to tell people that I’m under too much pressure. If I don’t have to have difficult discussions that end in tears and potential heartbreak. It’s easier to distract myself with Netflix and memes and cat videos. I think it’s time that I start to focus on myself. What do I want now? What do I want 5 years from now? What makes me truly happy? All that I know right now is that I will take the bed rest and get healthy without apologising and feeling guilty about it. I will focus on looking after myself and figure out how to approach those difficult conversations once I am healthy again. I am not going to let myself get so stressed that my body shuts down again. I deserve better. I will be better. ✨ .

👊🏽 Today has not been my day 😱 Even though my morning routine was on point (I went for a morning walk 🏃🏽♀️, I had time to sit down and eat my breakfast without feeling rushed 🍳, I got my gym session done🏋🏽♀️).... it is not my day. I am exhausted, bloated, dying of stomach pains & feeling down right lazy AF 😴(hence the messy hair & tired eyes)! BUT I am okay with this - why? Because I will be better prepared tomorrow. I have my meals ready 🥦& my training booked in 🤸🏽♀️. I will go to bed earlier & make sure I get in my water 💦. I will catch some vitamin D ☀️& get in some foam rolling. REST, RECOVER, RECHARGE 🔥 anyone else had a day like this recently?

Ce matin je me suis levée, j’ai fait 20 min de yoga 🧘♀️ et hop objectif de 5km de 🏃🏼♀️ .
Finalement ayant réduit un peu mon rythme, je me sentais parfaitement en forme pour poursuivre ma course et voilà 10km 👊🏻 .
Je suis contente ça faisait longtemps !
