You say you want it, so why don’t you do it?
You think you want a Bulletproof Body, but do you... really?
Years ago I lost count of the number of guys that say they want abs like mine, and the questions about how to get them (Yes, screw you, Mike).
In fact, just last week I heard the questions all over again from a new group of guys.
THE ANSWERS - consistency of the basics (that you already know) without stressing or obsessing.
But no one wants that - they want the magic pill 💊
There is none, brother. But it goes beyond consistent hard work. There are clear reasons why YOU DON’T DO THE (Physical) WORK.
That’s where guys fall down “I want abs (insert personally desired body goal), but ________”
And I tell you, that ‘but’ is the key to it all.
Mostly we don’t know it, and so, we continue to bang our heads against a frustrating wall 🤦🏻♂️
You’re not lazy, you’re not useless, you’ve just learnt some poor beliefs about yourself, your body, and your worthiness 😖
As a result - poor habits and patterns.
ASK YOURSELF - what do I want? WHY do I want it?🤔
