I want to stay with you until we’re grey and old... just say you won’t let go
That first moment everyone sees the bride is one of my favorites...especially when you are a bombshell bride like Jacqueline.
The reality of this photo: me running beside these two trying not to trip and fall 🤷🏼♀️
Editing this wedding today while sending snaps of the funny moments to @dobbinat0r
to make her feel better while she is sick at home ❤️
When the wind is magical and the bride is a babe who rocks denim on her wedding day 👌🏻
Chasing sunsets and epic scenery for couple portraits is great, but there’s something special about those moments in-between that give context to the day and tell your story. Getting to see the relationships between a bride and groom and their families is so important to us! These are the special people that made you who you are and we want to highlight that on your wedding day in whatever way we can.
As promised, this is Sam holding his parents and marching in together before Rebecca (with her parents). Definitely have not seen such a combination before! Sam then met Rebecca in the middle and did a very short continuation onto the stage. So interesting! - Marklin #pixiesmarklin

Charleston forever has our hearts! Every house has gorgeous covered porches that make our dreams come true. We will be back very soon, Charleston for more of that amazing food and beautiful views like this! :)
Story time! These are Bryan's parents hugging bride Sarah, after she gave a speech that had the whole room in tears. See, many of Bryan's family members are hearing impaired, including his father. Instead of just giving a speech, Sarah spoke and learned to sign her entire speech (and it wasn't short, either!) so that she could personally tell everyone, including Bryan's family, her thoughts and thanks instead of having the ASL translator do it for her. It was a total surprise, and it made such an impact on the room. We love telling these unique wedding day stores through images!
Three years ago David asked Kaity to marry him while we were doing family photos. Today, they’re a married couple 💕
My equipment is cleaned, charged, packed and ready for my last trip to Richmond this year. I’ve sent out my 2019 VA schedule and I’ve made big adjustments. The frequency of my trips up this year has been tough on me and my family, so I hunkered down and planned more my time more carefully. I’m looking forward to making my time more intentional. The growth I’ve experienced this last year has been amazing but I definitely filled my plate a little more than I should’ve. So far my 2019 is looking great and it’s filled with many exciting sessions and weddings that I just can’t wait to plan and SHOOT!
to Erin and Brian's wedding invitation where we utlized the back of the invitation and covered it in a beautiful floral pattern. After all, why not use a normally blank space for a little something fun and happy?? Photo by @lmyersphotography
I just finished the edits on Anne and John's classic, timeless, beautiful wedding, with a little Downton Abbey flair 😍.
Sometimes behind the lens you can feel when two souls melt into one. ❤️
