“We experience as much happiness as we believe we’re worthy of.” • • That hit me hard in my meditation practice this morning. How often do we rob ourselves of the joy of the moment simply because we don’t think we’re worthy to experience it? So many times I’ve robbed myself of the present joy simply because I didn’t get everything done that i needed to. It’s almost like a conditional joy—IF you get x, y, & z done THEN you can grant yourself the freedom to experience this happiness. That’s f’ing harsh and it’s painful to admit but I caught myself doing the same thing yesterday and this morning. I feel like I’ve made big strides in my self love and acceptance journey but waking up this morning I retreated back to a thinking that I deem as “safe.” I wish i didn’t find comfort in this ugly way of thinking, but i do. It’s not an easy thing to break free from, but conveying my struggles & feelings to you my sweet peeps, is a starting place. Yes I have a lot to get done but I’m only human—I’ll get done what I get done. Instead of focusing on everything you didn’t do, focus on everything that you DID. Anoche para cenar preparé una pizza con base de coliflor, sí, sí de coliflor...Para empezar diré que me encanta la pizza y si es con anchoas ya ni te cuento. Está está buenísima aunque evidentemente no se puede comparar con una pizza de harina. No obstante, está muy buena, me gustó mucho la textura de la masa ya que pensaba que no saldría tan bien, pero quedó increíble! Y como todos los días no se puede cenar pizza esta me parece un buen mata antojos que te la puedes comer entera sin remordimientos. Para la masa rallar la coliflor la dejas como granitos de arroz, le ponemos sal y pimienta y agregamos claras de huevo o huevo entero y un poco de queso rallado. Integramos todos los ingredientes y disponemos la masa en la bandeja del horno sobre papel vegetal. Cuando veamos que comienza a tostarse por lo bordes ponemos los toopings al gusto. Yo puse tomate natural con orégano, queso bajo en grasa, cebolla, atún y anchoas. La adaptas a tus gustos. 🍖CARPACCIO DE TERNERA🍖 estilo mi madre 👌🏻 . Este plato siempre me ha encantado, es sencillo, rápido. Siempre tengo un pack congelado para el dia en que me apetezca. . 🥩 90gr de carpaccio de ternera 🌱 albahaca 🍂 mostaza Dijon 🍋 jugo de limón 🧀 parmesano Aove, sal y pimienta . Colocamos la carne bien extendida en un plato. Salpimentamos al gusto y echamos el jugo de limón por todo el plato para que se empape y marine bien la carne (si hay exceso de limón se quita). Echamos un chorro de aove por encima, añadimos unos puntos de mostaza de Dijon, el parmesano en láminas y alguna hojita de albahaca para dar aroma. Y listo!! Passade oss nyfikna matnördar fint + uppskattar verkligen transparensen och känner att man får full respekt för köket på det sättet👌🏻 (Dessutom perfekt med mig med beslutsångest som kunde se olika rätter skickas ut, tips till alla andra #questioners där ute 😅) **************************************** På Spisa har de en lååååång snacksmeny med massa spännande, så vi bestämde oss för att ta två snacks var och sen dela på en varmrätt (blev perfekt mätta på det) 👍🏻 Jag tog (glutenfritt): friterad majs med pecorino, chili o mayo + broccoli med en syrlig yoghurtsås och nötdukkah 😋 Simon tog N’duja-kroketter med inlagd zucchini + friterad lök med shawarmakryddor och yoghurt. Till varmrätt åt vi entrecote med café de Paris-smör, fint skuren zucchini med tomat, och friterad potatis med aioli. Enjoy! ❤️ Ingredients: 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 3 tablespoons butter melted 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/4 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped parsley lemon slices for serving optional 🍗🍋🍗🍋🍗🍋🍗🍋 Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper and the Italian seasoning. . Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned. . Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. . In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, chicken broth and lemon juice. Pour the butter mixture over the chicken. . Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 🥞🍴Stacks on stacks topped with melty Hu Cashew Butter Dark Chocolate . #GlutenFree Mint Chocolate Chunk Pancakes 🍫💯🔥from @ediblyvegan . 1️⃣ Just blend all of the batter ingredients at once: . • 2 cups rolled oats • 2 tbsp coconut sugar • 1⁄4 teaspoon  salt • 1  teaspoon  baking powder • ¼ cup dairy-free yogurt • 1 cup dairy-free milk • 1 tbsp coconut oil • 1⁄2 teaspoon  peppermint extract • 2.5 tsp @amazinggrass superfood powder (this is just for color: matcha, spirulina, or whatever else you can dream up would be fine) . 2️⃣The batter is super thick, so try adding it into a ziplock bag, then cutting a hole in the corner so you can pipe it onto the pan in even circles. 3️⃣ Lightly grease a skillet with coconut oil and turn on medium heat. 4️⃣ Pipe the pancake batter into the pan, and drop some chopped up Hu Kitchen chocolate into the pancakes. 5️⃣ Flip pancakes when the edges start to brown, usually around 4-5 minutes after the batter is first added to the pan. 6️⃣ Cook for a remaining 3-4 minutes on the other side and continue until you are out of batter. . 🥞🔥🍫 Enjoy your pancakes! . ❌ NO cane sugar ❌ NO refined sugar ❌ NO palm oil ❌ NO soy lecithin ❌ NO dairy ❌ NO sugar alcohols

Los fines de semana apetece un plan especial, ¿verdad? Si quieres mantener tus hábitos saludables, esta opción es baja en hidratos, el pan es de linaza y almendras. Para mi gusto queda muy rico y no lleva nada procesado. ingredientes para 1 panecillo (multiplica si quieres hacer más): - 2 claras (70 ml) - 20 gramos de semillas de lino molida. - 15 gramos de almendras - sal y especias al gusto (yo pongo cebolla en polvo, oregano, albahaca y pimienta) Preparación: Sólo monta dos claras a punto de nieve con un pelín de sal, cuando estén montadas añade el lino molido (yo las muelo en el procesador y las meto en un bote y las voy usando cuando me hace falta), la almendra molida y especias al gusto. Mezcla con movimientos envolventes para bajar lo menos posible las claras. Engrasa un molde o fórralo de papel vegetal, vierte la mezcla y al horno, previamente calentado a 180 grados calor arriba y abajo. Saca cuando veas que está hecho/dorado (unos 20-25 min) y ¡listo! Ya tienes tu pan para hacerte un bocata delicioso 😋😋😋...¡Feliz fin de domingo! Me encanta ver vuestra creaciones... 💕💕
