When a negative thoghts or an angry conversation come, to be there, to be present has got a lot of meanings. First you need to look at yourself, inside, because there's somenthing you need to learn and understand about your reaction that infact contain a lot of your story; it could be this lifetime story or other. In the moment you go within and look at yourself, you can understand how to react differently, willing to change some behaviours that is repeating and that doesn't make you feel good. This means that you have to observ the thought that are coming to you, watch them without judgemt and speak for what you're really truth is. This means to be aware, kind to you and to others, and release old patterns. Try to look at what is happening with attention, this means you care. And in that moment your energy shifts. You are not reacting only tied at the past events, beliefs and emotions. You are finding your way to feel better, to know you better, to take responsability for your path, that is intact the only path that could give peace and therefore realization to your soul, your essence, your goodest higher self. This is how I'm doing, living here, in this reality, in the everyday life. Just want to give you this that is my way to walk my path, my prospective now, the way I'm living myself and others. Namaste
